This offer is subject the Seller confirming the availability of stock within 12 hours of presentation of this offer.

Secondly, this ICPO is subject to a 5% penalty fee on either the buyer or the purchaser in the event of non-performance
by either party. In the case of the Buyer, the inability to pay after having satisfied itself that the masks are available and
meet all of the buyer’s requirements. In the case of the supplier, the unavailability of stock that can be sold to the buyer
at the time of the buyer’s ability to pay has been proven.

Thirdly, this ICPO is shared with the seller and the seller only and any breach of confidentiality may lead to a civil claim
against the seller.

Fourthly, In the event of this ICPO being shared with any party who is not the addressee then this ICPO shall
automatically lapse.
