Please accept our appologies for what happened. We are very sorry that we confused the
dates and we were not able to come to the meeting.
We take full responsibility for the incovenience. A misunderstanding was created between
our departments and we thought that the meeting took place tomorrow. We assure you that we will
do everything we can to make up for what happened. Please accept our complimentary meal

We hope that you will forgive us for this terrible error and we hope we can rearrenge
another meeting.
Yours faithfully,
