1st Ground of Appeal

I) That the words published by Bidasari in the NowPost account was defamatory in

nature, the words referred to Puteri and the words were published to a 3rd party

A) Words being defamatory in nature

B) The defamatory words referred to puteri

C) The defamatory words were published to a 3rd party

II) That Nowpost is liable for the failure in removing the post in a timely fashion,

compounding the harm suffered by Puteri.

A) Nowpost Sdn Bhd should be held liable as the publisher of the third party

defamatory comments
