To attract the customers Cadbury use many strategies. Some of them are as follows:

 For promotions Cadbury used advertisement strategy which is one of the best means of
communication about the product to the end users.
 They targeted every segment of customers by not only delivering their products to super
markets but also to small shops.
 They continuously modified their products to fulfill their customer requirements this
strategy leads them to a growth of above 20% every year since the past three years.
 They created customer value by targeting them emotionally.
 There prices are affordable enough so that their product can be consumed by everyone.
 As sales team plays an important role in the growth of a company Cadbury used this
strategy of conducting regular surveys of consumer’s choice and requirements. Their goal
is to produce differentiated products to gain profitable growth in confectionery and
beverages.
 Another goal is to further exploit innovation so as to expand development and quality.
