Interpret your data:

1. Based on the data presented the highest frequency of 8 or the relative frequency of 27%
out of 30 respondents belongs to the age group of 36-40, who are middle-aged adults.
2. The results shows that 20% of the SHS Personnel of Magsaysay National High School
belongs to the age group of 26-30 or the millenials who tends to be more adaptable and
innovative in the level of their performance. And another 20% belongs to age group 41-
45 or the middle-aged adult, whose term in service measures about a decade and beyond.
3. The relative frequency of 23% belongs to the age group of 31-35, they are the generation
X, who enthusiasm on work can evidently be seen.
4. The age group of 46-50 are the generation Y and age group of 51-55 and 56-60 the baby
boomers, gained 3% of relative frequency and has 1 response out of 30 respondents for
each age group. These group needs to be more flexible with the younger generation of
employees.
5. The data shows that majority of the personnel in Magsaysay National High School-Senior
High School belongs to the age group of 36-40, in which they tend to creative,
innovative, flexible and has good at collaboration. This group also creates an
environment that is accommodating and easy to work with. Also, the least number of
personnel belongs to age group of 46-50, 51-55 and 56-60 they both have the relative
frequency of 3% of 30 respondents.

The data shows that the average age of the personnel in Magsaysay National High School
–Senior High School Personnel is 37.

Interpret the standard deviation:

The data shows that Magsaysay National High School –Senior High School Personnel
has a standard deviation of 7.17.
