Every people work to earn some money and can able to buy his/her basics needs.

As per my
opinion, this will be an always issue that women will get the same payment as men. So it will be
better than we have to make some changes in pay arrangements of the employees should give
them some benefits so that the employees will motivate them to work more or overtime in offices.

In India, we have seen that many women are working overtime but they still got less payment
due to this inequality India is still standing on the position of developing. In many places
especially villages, where some people are thinking that women are only born for household
works not for outside works due to this orthodox thinking India is not a developed country.

According to Mayank Ahuja, we should always appreciate women for there work and also break
all these inequalities for women. And should try to support them because in many there are so
many great women in different fields who have made the country to feel proud of them that are
Mary Kom in wrestling, Gunjan Saksena in piloting the Indian Army Aircraft, etc. So please
support them.
