Yudy: of course, mr Diego, my name is Yudy Viviana Gaviria, I am from Riosucio

Caldas, is a municipality of Colombia. I’m 32 years old, I'm currently studying

industrial engineering, in the UNAD, I’m married, I have big expectations of work,

progress and acquire knowledge.

Yudy: I consider that my strengths are discipline, the order and dedication in my

work and my study, additional to this I’m responsible and punctual.

your weaknesses?

Yudy: ummm, is a question very difficult, but my weaknesses are temperament, I’m

very fast, also I am shy and perfectionist.

your sincerity, what’s your biggest achievement in life?

Yudy: my biggest achievement in life build a path, of professional and personal

experiences, that have allowed me to grow in my life.

Yudy: Well, the world is very changing, but my expectations in 5 years is to be a

great professional, have my own business, and have economic stability.

Yudy: I have been analyzing the company for a long time and I see that it is well

consolidated, in addition to this I see opportunities for growth within the

organization, my area of greatest interest has been financial and that is why I
