ACITVITY 1

History has contributed a crucial role in today’s society it has established economic,
political and social norms. History paints us a detailed picture of how society, technology, and
government worked way back when so that we can better understand of how it worked now. It
teaches students and history enthusiast to observe and understand how people and society’s
behave. It also focuses on context and reflex careful reading of primary resources. The past
causes the present, and so the future. Studying history enables us to develop a much greater
appreciation for current events today. So teaching history in a formative way will help the
students and others for personal development.

ACTIVITY 2

History and Political Science can go hand in hand because political science makes use of
some selected historical facts. Politics is the art of managing state affairs. History is a science
that enables the political and social relations of human groups in the past with each other. The
common feature of these two concepts is human. Politics should not break away from the
science of history because there is always connection between the past and the present.
Political Science is interested only in those facts which had an impact on the nature and
functioning of the state system and governments of various states. History has a close link with
political science since history lays down the chronological orders of events. Political Science
analyzes, defines and describes the political events. The knowledge and understanding from
both is very important since both are linked with each other and they help us with
understanding the various forces operating on the communities and institutions in regards to
the people and government all over the world.
