AXELSON PART NUMBERING SYSTEM Axelson pump part numbers are comprised of six-digit base numbers, followed by three, five or seven suffix numbers, when appropriate. Base and suffix numbers are separated by a hyphen. BASE NUMBERS. ‘SUFFIX NUMBERS Axelson Base Number- Length in Inches, Fit of Seating Cup in Assemblies Standard Manufactured 1 ‘ondition or Material Part Purchased-Finished aa Size or Friction Part T 23466 Ifa part number does not require a length, but does include material suffix, columns 1, 2 and 3 are zeroed. If a part number includes a length but not material or fit, Columns 4 through 7 are not required. ‘SUFFIX NUMBERS lung 1, 2 and 3 (-XXxX) The digits in these columns detine length in inches or fit of seating cups for hold-downs. ® Length in Inches (-XXX). Example: 120154-096, Pull Tube 96" long 120043-036, Extension Coupling 36” long © Fit of Seating Cup: (-XXX) © The base number ot a cup type hold-down assembly defines the size and type, but does not indicate the actual diameter of the cups. This dimension determines tho fit of the cup in seating nipple. The actual diameter of a cup is shown as plus or minus thousandths of an inch variation from basic diameter.
