REVENUE

1. Pricing strategy- We sell products at cheap prices because we buy goods from suppliers wholesale and get
cheap prices.

2. Focus on repeat customer- We show our appreciate to customer such as give special discounts and freebies
because doing that will lead past customers to their next purchase.

3. Offer discount- discounts will be made to make customers start to buy. for example, we will make a promo
buy 1 free 1

4. Using influencer- We will use some influencers to review our food in advertisements to make customers
trust our products.

5. Colaborate with wellknown company - we made colaboration about our product with famous company like
Cadbury, KitKat by using most of their product in our production

Key Activities

We are going to make activities to get profit of it, and also to make other customers in the events that we do.
We will create the sweets that each activity need to make the customers laugh, like in birthdays, depending on
the customers, like if it is children then we will make a cake of their liking, if it is an adult make something
more adult-like but everything depends. But we will try to make as many "activities" as possible,like:

Hotel & Restaurants celebrations

Normal celebrations

Events & Festivals

All types of ceremonies

Wedding cakes
Etc, because we will make the best out of us to satisfy all types of customers and never refuse the demands or
request of the customers having a limit for us. We are also going to make a special class for people that really
want to learn how to make sweet things, and that they can attend, but we are also going to upload it to
Youtube so they can see how much effort we are making, and so they can learn it for free looking at the
videos. We R&D ingredients in order to create a new recipe by try and error combining the selected
ingredients to see wether it suitable or not for our new product
