2. What is a 3rd person?. Give some examples.

Is the grammatical person used by the speaker of an expression to refer to any person or
anything other than the speaker. 3rd person use the pronouns She, He, It and singular
nouns. For example:

 She plays video games


 Camilo eats a big hamburguer every weekend
 The dog barks every night

3. How does the verb change in the third person(affirmative sentences)? give 2 examples.

Normally in the present tense we add S to the end of the verb in the 3rd person

 If the verb ends in SS, X, CH, SH or the letter O, we add + ES in the third person.

If the verb ends in a Consonant + Y, we remove the Y and + IES in the third person. For
example:

 Maria drinks coffee every day.


 He watches Netflix at night.
 The plane always flies high
