The study aimed at investigating the psychological characteristics and situational factors as correlate of buying behavior based on critical thinking, and the at-risk group. The samples were the undergraduate students with the total of 622 undergraduate students from 3” and 4" year level. Data obtained by multi-stage sampling method. The research consisted 11 instruments, which were in the form of summated rating scales. The reliability with alpha coefficients was between .77 to .87. The data were analyzed by correlation analysis, standard multiple regression analysis and Three- way ANOVA, The result revealed that Pearson's correlation indicated a positive and significant relationship (p<.01) between future orientation and self-control, media influence and perceived behavioral control. The result of multiple regression analysis showed all independent variables together explained 48.9% Th portant predictors in descending order were attitude towards behavior, perceived behavioral control, media influence, core self- evaluation and peer role modelling, the at-risk group of the undergraduate students were 1) low- grade point average students 2) business administration students. The results from this study can be suggested for the development at-risk group of students and can be a basis for further research, including appropriately develop the study behavior.
