Read the Laura’s routine below and write your own routine. / lee la siguiente
rutina de Laura y escribe tu propia rutina.

Laura usually wakes up at 6.00 am. She always drinks a liter of


water after she gets up. She says it is very important to be hydrated.
She does yoga from 6.10 to 6.30 am. She feels yoga is an essential
element to avoid stress. She watches a TED talk or reads a little
from 6.30 to 7.00 am. These activities give her inspiration to start the
day. She exercises from 7.00 to 8.00 am. She says exercising
clarifies her ideas. Then, she takes a cold shower at 8.10 am. she
thinks cold showers improve circulation. She has breakfast at 8.40
am. She usually has vegetable juice, bananas, peanut butter, and
almonds. Finally, she does all his creative work from 8.40 to 12.00
m.
