Companies throughout the world have been struggling with given customers

good customer service. Billions of customers deal with poor customer service which

businesses more than $75 billion a year.” Companies need to improve their customer
service to not lose clients because if they lose clients they lose money. Customers
usually don’t feel appreciated/important. Deal with employees that have rude attitudes
and provide them with wrong information. Which causes the clients to write reports
and bad reviews about the company which would make the companies lose customers
due poor community service.
Customer service representatives should always provide a service with a
friendly attitude, so you could get a review of how great the service was. The more
great service companies give the more clients you would have and build trustworthy
between them.
