Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you of two of my problems, because it seems inadmissible for
something like this to happen to a company as big as you.

The first problem is that I ordered a package two months ago and it has not arrived yet. I would
appreciate if you could contact the courier because it is a very important package and I need it for a
project at work.

And the second problem is that about six months ago I ordered an S10 phone and there was another
phone in the box.I returned it and I still haven't received an answer about it.
