Over this semester my absolute favorite module/subject that we worked on was
programming in Java. It was a very stressful and agitating module, but it was very fulfilling to finish, and I am sure that if I keep working on it I will get better and it will be easier to write programs. So, for that I looked up different software engineering jobs as well as programming jobs in Utah and I found a job for Adobe that sounds very promising, but they would like to have someone with a master’s degree in computer science or related fields. I as well found a job with Tesla as a back end developer but they require someone with bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field as well. Neither job that I looked at said anything about needing certificates just having the schooling degrees as well as at least two years of experience. As of right now with the path I am on there is nothing stopping me to getting the requirements for these jobs. And both of these jobs at Adobe as a software developer the average salary is $70k-$180k according to Glassdoor website that is a job-hunting website. The job for Tesla is average of $108k a year. My least favorite module for this semester was probably the security. Mostly because of my current job we received a lecture about that already and I just felt that it was a repeat of being told something I already know. I still enjoyed it this class a lot because I have been doing generals for a year and it was a nice change to do something that I enjoy.
