1. The fundamental attribution error is where we incorrectly attribute a person’s actions.

For
example: When someone doesn’t answer you, it’s common to think that they are being
careless. It’s rare to actually think that there might be a reason they are not doing so, like
that they missed the notification, or that there is an emergency going on.
2. Selective perception is a perceptual process in which a person only perceives what he
desires to and ignores other perceptions or viewpoints.
3. For example: You go to the supermarket to buy a few sweets, and you always pick up the
ones you know taste good, having made this decision without tasting other sweets.
4. - Anchoring bias is when a specific piece of information is relied upon to make a decision.
One factor is considered above all else in the decision-making processes. For example:
Clothing prices are very high and there are often discounts in stores. Frequent discounts
look like a good offer for customers to make a decision buying something.
- A confirmation bias, for example: I think the October 31 elections should have been
canceled because it is falsified, when I hear the news, my opinion about it becomes
stronger.
5. It will be important to conduct trainings, with the help of which knowledge will be
deepened, monitoring and giving instructions will be necessary in the process of work.
