if you're living by those elevated

states and you know how to feel that


emotion of your future before it happens
you're less likely to wait for it to
happen because you'll feel like it
already happened when you get good at it
no person no thing no experience can
take it away from you now you're
empowered and if you understand the laws
of how creation happens then you're less
likely to compete and rush to get what
you want you're gonna know that it's
gonna come to you and now that's the new
model of how we create welcome everyone
to this school of greatness podcast we
have the legendary dr. Joe Dispenza in
the house good to see you excited about
this I think I first learned about you
and what the bleep that was years ago
right yeah that was over ten years ten
years ago was and that was the correct
me if I'm wrong that was the movie
documentary movie where they talked
about that science experiment with the
water right mm-hmm
but the same you yeah that's the same
movie yeah and what was that whole
theory and and methodology what was that
about well just water has a very
interesting response to thought and the
properties of water make it very unusual
it turns out that when you hold a
thought that is more constructive or
more coherent that it crystallizes water
into certain patterns like snowflakes
and those particular crystals actually
are the exact way chemicals and to the
receptor sites of cells when you're
feeling a limited emotions anger or
frustration or impatience or resentment
the signature electromagnetically you
know that every thought has a frequency
is disturbing so it actually weakens the
molecular structure of water and you see
these very unhealthy patterns so for
weakening the body well the body's 78%
water so you start thinking about how
you start managing your thoughts and
feelings and water is just a great way
to store information and that's all it
is
yeah huh but there was a lot more in the
movies there yeah that was the thing I
remember yeah I let people remember the
water that was interesting now you've
been working with teaching people how to
heal themselves with their minds right
overcome disease overcome any type of
chronic illness or pain through the mind
in principle the mind I grew up in a
religion called Christian Science mm-hmm
that did not use medicine I didn't get
vaccinations when I was a kid my dad
wouldn't let me go to the hospital he
wanted to use thought rare the mindset
to overcome any pain or any physical
ailment and so it's something that I was
learning in a different way as an early
kid mm-hmm when did you start to learn
about this philosophy or principle or
truth and start applying into your life
well I got run over by a truck in a
triathlon in 1986 on a biking portion of
the race I broke six vertebrae in my
spine and I was told that I'd never walk
again and so the typical surgical
procedure for multiple compression
fractures with Gordon pin Djimon is this
surgical of Harrington Ron surgery and
in my case they were going to cut off
the backs of parts of my vertebrae from
the base of my neck to the base of my
spine and then they screw in these long
stainless steel rods and when you screw
those rods in into the vertebrae acts
like a cantilever it lifts the spinal
column off the board but the prognosis
was I probably wouldn't walk again and
and that the surgery was was hopeful
that it would give me some relief and
and I think if it was any other patient
Louis besides me I probably would have
recommended the surgery but this was me
sure and I just couldn't rush into it so
I had more opinions you know from for
the leading surgeons in Southern
California and they were adamant that I
needed this all four of them all for me
yeah in fact the the medical director of
Scripps hospital at the time was my it
was my surgeon and he was he thought I
had a head injury or he thought do you
know that I had PTSD that I wasn't just
following his instruction anyway I
decided against the surgery and I
thought what was it I'm not going
anywhere I'm not doing anything I'm
basically laying face down and I thought
well there's an intelligence that's
giving us life that's keeping the heart
beating and digesting
our food it really knows how to heal way
better than me
this innate intelligence is what's
giving us life and I thought well if
it's an intelligence it's it's a
consciousness and consciousness is
awareness and awareness is paying
attention so it must be paying attention
to me so I said look maybe I'll just
spend the rest of my time trying to
connect to this intelligence and give it
a plan give it a design give it a
template and when I was really present
and complete with that design
I would surrender this creation to this
greater mind and allowed to do the
healing for me and the other thing I
said is I'm not gonna let me thought
slipped by my awareness that I don't
want to experience now that sounds
really easy and right but when you're
faced with crisis or trauma we tend to
focus on what we don't want to have
happen instead of what we do have I want
to have happened so I started on this
journey I decided against the surgery
and it was a big revolution at the time
and I went through six and a half weeks
of hell I just could not get my mind to
do what I wanted to do because I'd start
reconstructing my vertebra and imaging
an outcome and then I start thinking I'm
gonna be living in a wheelchair or like
I sell my practice so you were thinking
about the way you wanted your body to
look and feel in your mind i
reconstructed every single pneumonia in
my mind I wanted to show it exactly
three dimensionally in your mind in my
mind you're not drawing it out or no no
in my mind that was reconstructive
visualize visualize and I wanted to say
look take a look at that because this
intelligence is always present right so
we got to be present with it so I'd
start off reconstructing my spine and
then I'd be like oh gosh um should I
sell my practice what if I live in a
wheelchair practice chiropractic yeah in
the Southern California Hawaii so I
couldn't get my mind to do what I wanted
to do and then after six weeks I just
went through the whole thing I felt like
I hit a golf ball right in the sweet
spot something clicked and from that
point forward what took me two and a
half or three hours to do I was able to
do in 45 minutes I was firing and wiring
you know these new circuits and I was
practicing paying attention and then all
of a sudden I started noticing dramatic
changes in my health like this and the
moment I started noticing changes in my
body what was going on outside of me
I started correlating at what I was
doing inside of me now I was just
and I just started doing with more
passion and more sincerity anyway back
on my feet in ten and a half weeks back
training at twelve weeks back in my
clinic and and I just made a deal with
myself that if I was ever able to walk
again I'd spend the rest of my life
studying the mind-body connection and
mind over matter and then that led me to
just stop everything in my life I just
wasn't the same guy I just been
initiated into something and sold my
practice sold my home sotalol sold it
all moved to the northwest and just
started asking bigger questions like Who
am I what is why am I here what are we
doing what happens when we die and how
did how did all this happen for me what
was the process I started studying the
the science behind and I couldn't find
it in any conventional textbooks because
this was unconventional right and
miraculous is kind of unconventional so
I started studying quantum physics and
neuroscience and epigenetics and started
making sense I started building this
model of understanding then I asked the
fundamental question has anybody else
done it so then I traveled to 17
different countries and interviewed
hundreds and hundreds of people with
serious health conditions that were
treating either conventionally or
unconventionally and they were staying
the same or getting worse and all of a
sudden I got better so what was the
cause that produced the effect you know
and the stories and what I learned was
so amazing I went back to school and
studied neuroscience because mind was
such a strong element it wasn't diet it
wasn't celibacy it wasn't any of those
things it was just really this element
and so then I was able to figure out
that there were four common things and
then I wrote a book about it and then I
thought God if this works really on
people that were sick and abettor and
they've come from all walks of life all
colors all races all genders sexual
preferences but all of a sudden I wanted
to see if I was able to reproduce it so
then I started seeing okay let's see if
we can teach this be able to reproduce
the outcome because that's science right
so I went through about what were the
four common things the first one was
that there they all believed and
accepted that there was an intelligence
that lived within them that was giving
them life these people you interviewed
who had had injuries that overcame no no
these are people with cancer and
Lukis Parkinson's disease got better
yeah just spontaneously and it's called
the spontaneous driving so as was they
believed there was an intelligence there
was some invisible life force that was
they were connected to that they felt
like they had lost their connection to
they became separate and disconnected
from and that when they got the
diagnosis they woke up and said man I
gotta connect again and I gotta connect
to my essence and so they developed a
relationship with it just like you
develop a relationship with anybody
it takes time you got to be present you
got to connect you got to experience you
got to be present all of these things
are important elements so so that was
the first thing the second thing was
that they realized that it was the
mismanagement of their emotions and the
hormones of stress that really began to
create their condition now now
stress is when your brain and body are
knocked out of balance stress is when
your body's knocked out of homeostasis
we have an innate mechanism in our body
that returns us back to order so then if
you're someone cuts you off on the LA
freeway you have a emotional reaction
but 15 minutes later you're back to
driving and you're over it right that's
all organisms in nature can tolerate
short-term stress but when it's all day
long all week all year yeah so if you're
reacting to like of Toronto source Forex
is chasing you you have to make a
decision am I gonna use 20% of my energy
I'm gonna use 100% so it turns out when
you're reacting to traffic 200 percent
alright or if you're reacting to your
coworker sitting in the cubicle next to
you you're you're turning on that
response and what was once very adaptive
becomes very maladaptive because when
you turn on the stress response and you
can't turn it off now you're headed for
a disease because nobody can live in
emergency mode for that extended period
of time well human beings we can turn on
the stress response just by thought
alone you can think about your problems
and you're producing the same biological
effects so those chemicals give the
brain and body a rush of energy and
people become addicted to that rush of
energy so now they use the problems and
conditions in their life to reaffirm
their addiction to that emotion they
need a bad job they need the poor
relationship so that means they become
addicted to the life that they don't
even like why do why do we need the
badge
or bad relationship and stay stuck
because it's a conditioned response so
listen if you get angry at a co-worker
and all of a sudden you're getting
arousal in your brain and body right you
get a rush of energy when you start
noticing that your body starts dropping
your brain starts noticing your energy
starts dropping you're automatically
going to have the image of the co-worker
in order to what give your body of the
demential the jolt right so all of a
sudden people become addicted to their
own thoughts right so these people
realize that oh my god um i-i've been
mismanaging my attention and energy and
I got a I got to get beyond my past I
got to get beyond these emotions I got
to make some big changes I got to break
the habit of being myself you know I can
stop being this person now that sounds
really good theoretically and
philosophically but change is such a
hard thing all right because the moment
you come back to your senses and you
step back into your life and you see
that person or you go to that place or
you're with that experience so many
people are unconsciously reacting in
their thoughts and feelings to
everything in their environment so now
their environment is controlling how
they think and feel so they realize that
in order to change they'll change the
environment they got to be greater than
their environment greater than the
conditions in the world great in the
circumstances mindful that every time
they not right all right I'm not gonna
go back I'm not gonna go back because
the moment you start reacting
emotionally emotions are a record of the
past and if those emotions are driving
your thoughts you're thinking in the
past and if you can't think greater than
how you feel and you believe your
thoughts have something to do with your
destiny you're creating more of your
past right so it turns out that the
repetition of thinking and feeling and
feeling of thinking these loops that
people get caught in condition their
body to subconsciously become the mind
of that emotion which means now their
body is their unconscious mind is
believing they're living in the same
past experience 24 hours a day seven
days a week 365 days a year
what's the relevance behind that well
the latest research on gene says genes
don't create
disease it's the environment that
signals the gene that creates disease
the emotional environment or the
physical your environment any
environmental reaction but if you're
reacting emotionally to your environment
the same way you're signalling the same
gene in the same way and now you're
headed for a genetic destiny
so the hormones of stress push the
genetic buttons that create disease if
you can turn on the stress response just
by thought alone your thoughts could
make you sick and if your thoughts could
make you sick is it possible that your
thoughts could make you well so they
began to realize that oh my god the
repetition of thinking and feeling of
the feeling of thinking caused me to
feel guilt and I don't even know what
skillet it just feels like me
it's just I'm used to the same chemical
continuity now the moment they decided
that change anytime you decide to change
and change anything about yourself get
ready because it's going to feel
uncomfortable gonna hurt you're gonna
leave the known yeah you're gonna leave
the familiar and you guys step into the
unknown even if the familiar is
uncomfortable and painful right you
still gonna be painful leaving the pain
right because some people are super
happy being unhappy right so then they
would rather cling to their suffering
than take a chance in possibility so
these people said I really have nothing
to lose right so then they said I'm
willing to be uncomfortable and being
the unknown and that turns out that's
the perfect place to create from hmm so
when the body is conditioned to become
the mind then to change is to be greater
than the body right because we become
greater than the body well that's a
whole nother conversation but let me
finish this okay
so the third thing they said was okay so
now that I know that I got a break the
heavens being myself and I can't
mismanage my thoughts and feelings I
gotta change how I act I gotta watch how
I speak I gotta become conscious of how
unconscious I am because ninety five
percent of who we are by the time we're
35 years old it's a set of memorized
behaviors like a computer program
emotional reactions unconscious beliefs
and perceptions so the first step to
change is to become conscious of how you
think to notice how you act to pay
attention to how you feel and the act of
observing those states of mind and body
separates you from that program now your
your your the consciousness observing
that program it turns out the more
conscious
you become of how unconscious you are
you know letting a match in a dark place
that first step creates enormous amounts
of chaos in the brain and body and it's
disturbing so people just go back to the
same addiction the same emotion the same
problem this feels better no that feels
familiar so they said okay now I got to
change I got to reinvent myself now this
is really important because they started
sitting down and thinking okay who in
history do I admire we're great people
role models that I can follow what are
the qualities and characteristics that
they have how am I gonna change you know
these are what we call frontal lobe
questions the creative center of the
brain switches on an emotional center
settles down so then they started
thinking how would I have to be in a new
life if I was really going to heal what
would I have to change about myself now
there's this interesting phenomenon that
if you close your eyes and you begin to
think about doing something you're an
athlete you understand this if your
background in football and you are
running a pattern or you are doing
something you would rehearse it in your
mind it turns out that the act of
mentally rehearsing something when
you're truly present your brain does not
know the difference between what's going
on out there and what's going on in here
in fact your brain will begin to look
like you've been doing it for the last
five days and you've never run the
course so now your brain is no longer a
record of the past because typically it
is now it's a map to the future so now
you're priming your brain so that became
the very platform you know experiments
with piano players you know you can take
a group of people that never played the
piano before you divide them into two
different categories I think one group
of people you teach them one-handed
scales and chords you do a brain scan on
them they come and practice for two
hours a day for five days at the end of
five days if you rescan the brain they
reel new circuits on the opposite side
of the brain nothing magical there you
learn something new learnings making new
connections get some instruction you get
instruction and get your body involved
get your body involved you're gonna have
an experience experience in which is the
brain pay attention to what you're doing
you got to pay attention and repeat it
firing and wiring you're gonna simple
new circuits you can take the other
group of people have them come for two
hours a day for five days to a brain
scan before
the brain scan after have them close the
rise in menthol rehearse playing those
scales and chords at the end of five
days they'll grow the same amount of
circuits in the brain as the people who
actually physically demonstrated the
action what does that mean it means not
only they changed their brain by
thinking differently but their brain
looks like they've been playing the
piano for five days now set them in
front of a piano never played the piano
for they'll play those scales in courts
because their brain is wired to play it
so now the act of rehearsing who they're
gonna be what are the qualities and
beginning to get in this creative state
began to lay down the circuits of a new
personality and a new personality is
connected to a new personal reality so
the next question is does that change
the body take a group of men have them
do one-handed curls in their mind and
bring an emotional component like
stronger harder more intense one hour
today for two weeks at the end of two
weeks 13.5 increase in muscle strength
Wow never lifted a weight now their body
is changing by thought Aloha so these
people began to reprogram their brain
and body and all of a sudden they began
to act differently why because they
install the circuits they began to think
differently of course they began to feel
differently they they were no longer
feeling pain they're actually liking
themselves right so that if they're
living by a different emotion and
they're they're feeling an elevated
emotion before they're healing before
they were healed they're not waiting for
their healing to feel joy and gratitude
they're feeling gratitude and joy now
their body is believing that it's healed
because the body's feeling the emotion
ahead of the experience and if the
environment signals the gene and the end
product of an experience in the
environment is emotion you're signaling
the gene ahead of the environment and
what a genes do genes make proteins or
what a protein is responsible the
structure and function of the body now
you're literally becoming somebody else
and now you're turning down the genes
for disease and you're turning up these
other genes so I started to realize that
this reinvention process is exactly what
we've always done it's just that we get
complacent in certain areas of our life
and we stop now the last thing they have
in common
the fourth thing is that when they were
doing that rehearsal process they have
long moments where they lost track of
time in space in other words they were
so involved in their inner world of
imaging that when they turned the light
on in the room where they lift their
blindfold up or whatever they were doing
they thought it was 20 minutes later and
it was an hour and 20 minutes later and
when you're truly focused and you're
truly paying attention in your in the
present moment all of a sudden you will
leave this three dimensional reality and
when you leave this three dimensional
reality there's only one other place you
go and that is the realm of thought and
that's called the quantum field and that
quantum field is where all possibilities
exist right so they were connecting to a
field of information that had everything
to do with the first principle which is
that invisible intelligence as both
within us and all around us personal and
universal it is it is the unifying field
that governs everything material in this
world and you're gonna change something
material that means you got to get
beyond your body to heal your body right
because if you're your body trying to
heal your body there's one thing that
wouldn't guarantee it's gonna take time
it's gonna just take a long time because
you're playing by the rules of Newtonian
physics you play about rooms of quantum
physics energy dictates matter so when
you're truly in the field and you're
making changes there then the downward
cascade neurologically biologically
chemically hormonal ii genetically is
the side effect of what's doing what's
happening in the field

you do it in less time because you're
more connected to a realm that doesn't
play by time this is fascinating because
you know growing up in this religion
that I grew up it was a constant
reminder a daily practice to think in a
certain way the things that you can
never be physically harmed you know
you're infinite love but you're infinite
light infinite soul spirit life truth
and love right it was a constantly
taught to me that I'm that I'm never
able to get physically harmed
mm-hm and that if you are that means
your thought is off and you have to
recorrect your thought and you'll have a
healing right it's a little extreme for
some because and if you're not you know
well practiced in it if you don't know
how to really
the thoughts and train then you can hurt
yourself
yeah exactly really hurt your body and
that's you know it happened yeah it
happened four times but I used this you
know philosophy strategy technique idea
in sports and I would rehearse constant
like you talked about was constantly
rehearsing the games what I wanted to
create for the season for my my body for
my life mm-hmm and it's it just seemed
like it would always happen you know I
would rehearse constantly over and over
and get lost in my thoughts you called
the quantum field is that we call him so
I was in the quantum field to be on the
physical field I was playing in the
quantum field just like I'd be playing
on the physical exactly and I remember I
would watch Game film of world record
holders and track and field and football
and watch them every single night and
mentally rehearse the same movements
they would have before I would fall
asleep and then I'd practice the next
day but I was constantly rehearsing in
my mind how I wanted to show up I was
rehearsing this moment mm-hmm you know
in my life ten years ago I was
rehearsing what I've been doing this
year my life do you do this on a daily
practice for yourself and if so how does
that were her soul look like I do I do
so so two things I wanted to say about
that I mean first of all this is really
not for everybody I mean because it's a
you gotta be it's like pregnancy either
you are you're not I mean there's no
in-between a little pregnant you can't
be kind of a little pregnant either you
are you're not and so so you can't who's
a foreign who's a not for yes so so we
what I found is that when I started
studying spontaneous remissions it was
for people who had reached the end of
their emotional belief where there was
no longer any answers they had the
doctors gave up on his nothing else to
do right and so they changed everything
about themselves and you some of them
were physicians you know it's just going
like wow well what about what have I
been doing
but now fast forward to today I mean in
an age of information ignorance is a
choice I mean you got so much
information you need a doctor you don't
need a teacher you don't have priests
the minister to gain information you
don't need an authority
right you can technology gives us the
very quick information so now people are
informed 20 years ago doctor said do you
have this health condition and believed
it yeah and not only that you signed on
without a line you got the treatment of
the surgery fast forward to today
everybody just kind of goes wait a sec
multiple opinion yeah let me know if you
go home and you research it and you say
I want to try this so now that some
people are taking their power back so so
people are more informed so surgical
procedures pharmaceuticals are not
always the first choice for people
because there's other ways and people
only do the best with what's available
so now information has scaled and
changed the way people face off with
health conditions and now people are
coming into this number one if they have
a health condition that they can self
correct and number two there are people
that are saying if I'm headed for a
genetic destiny because my mother had
this health condition my father did this
and I know the gene doesn't create it
but how I act and how I feel is going to
signal the same gene well I'm gonna just
change my genetic future so now people
are super proactive in the process right
so that's point number one but point
number two is that if you if you start
realizing that this is actually possible
and and I can tell you that without a
doubt it is because we were talking
before we started the things that I'm
witnessing I mean if in the beginning it
was just like a person got a little
better and you felt a little this well
that you know food allergies went away
and right but then all of a sudden we're
talking about we in our last event two
people with stage four cancer completely
reversed a woman with a very serious
neurological disorder didn't even they
couldn't even name it crutches the whole
bit left the event no crutches well how
does she do that
mmm well let me ask you a question if
she doesn't look like a movie star and
she's not buffed and young and
attractive and successful she was like a
normal person and you listen to this
person's story and there's a thousand
people listening that story you're gonna
scratch your head and say wow if she can
do it so can i and just like you know
infection spreads amongst a community
that creates disease health and wellness
can be as infectious as disease right so
do I use it yes but not in the
that people think like I I don't I'm not
interested in success I've had it I know
that that's an important element I think
success is a side effect of who you are
but what am i after I'm after making a
difference in the world I want people to
become empowered so my rehearsals my
meditations in connecting are all about
the next thing that we can push the
envelope for in other words if that
person healed themselves of that health
condition and this person healed
themselves is it possible for that
person to heal another person and if
they can heal that other person which is
now happening is it possible to heal
somebody on the other side of the planet
but you just have to build the model and
then come up with the science to be able
to piece it together and science turns
out is the language they help to
demystify that process so I now know
without a doubt if you give people sound
scientific information and every time
they learn something new they're adding
new connections in their brain that's
what learning is and if they can begin
to pay attention for just one hour now
they're causing jungles of neurons to
begin to organize as a platform of
understanding if I say to you now turn
to the person next to you and explain
what I said and we do this in our events
if you can turn to the person next to
you and explain what you said you've
wired it in your brain what's the
relevance of that now you're installing
the neurological hardware in your brain
and preparation for an experience and if
the more you understand what you're
doing and why the how gets easier and if
nothing's left the conjecture
superstition or dogma or spiritual
new-age stuff but it's grounded in
science you're gonna have more intention
behind what you're doing and you're
gonna assign more meanings you're
believable exactly not just blind faith
yes it Billy please backing you're right
and then if we can set up the conditions
in the environment and give people the
proper instruction and those people that
get their behaviors to match their
intentions and their actions equal to
their thoughts I think of the mind and
body working together they're gonna have
a new experience and that experience
then is going to enrich even more
circuits in the brain the end product of
an experience is an emotion also and
they're gonna feel unlimited they're
gonna feel in power they're gonna feel
successful they're gonna feel worthy now
they're teaching their body chemically
to understand what their mind is
intellectually understood knowledge is
for the mind but experience is for the
body and they're embodying that
information well they've done it once
should be able to do it again and what
we keep repeating the experience you
know this as an athlete it's gonna
become automatic right it's gonna become
an a is gonna become second nature it's
gonna become who you are you don't think
about it any longer so take a person who
is abused as a child with an alcoholic
parent who has a very rare genetic
disorder they've manifested weakness in
their bones because that's the motion
they live by genetic disorder that
Medical Sciences we have no way to help
you how do you explain hmm after a year
of everyday going after it overcoming
herself overcoming herself overcoming
herself to become someone else that no
more any fractured bones no evidence of
broken bones no more crutches no more
wheelchair no running again how do you
explain that except she literally became
someone else she became somebody else
the disease existed in the old
personality she's not that person any
longer no so biologically that's
absolutely possible so for me I chased
the mystical I want those profound
moments where I cannot go back to being
the same guy again because once you
taste that wine or you drink from that
well all of a sudden the way you
perceive reality changes because you
start to see things that always existed
but you didn't have the circuitry in
place to perceive them why because the
inner event is an experience and
experience enriches the brain we don't
see things how they are we see things
how we are so as you begin to change
your circuitry you're going to perceive
more of reality and why because we we
probably perceive 1% of reality so how
do we how do we begin to fully engage
right so for me none of that matters
know that the near stuff matters what
matters is the essence what matters is
I'm making a difference in the world how
can I begin to affect the change and
help people to heal or create a better
life for themselves and not do it matter
to matter you know with bravado and you
know adrenaline and all that that's the
old way
this is about connecting and instead of
going and getting it creating a field
where you draw to you and the
synchronicities and the coincidences and
the opportunities that are coming to you
as a result of you doing the inner work
you're going to rush less in your life
and you're going to be more aware of
your energy and nobody changes until
they change their energy and when you
change your energy you change your life
but that doesn't mean you change your
energy do a meditation and you get up
and then get on a freeway and flip
people off right you're just
disconnected from the energy of your
future you got to be greater than the
conditions in your environment got to
maintain that state of being gonna be
greater than the habits and emotions of
your body and you got a sustained it for
an extended period of time
how do we change our energy and how do
we sustain it for extended period of
time how long is that time need to be
until we've really started to see that
sometimes immediate okay so so our
research and we've done in the last six
years because we were seeing so many
incredible incredible things going on in
our workshops I mean people stepping out
of wheelchairs and all kinds of crazy
things like a church look kind of like a
mega church but hopefully not that based
in science yeah but but but isn't it
amazing that some of these churches when
people get to believe whether they have
science backing it or not they just it's
the belief they step out into the
unknown step out of your body and heal
your size right instantaneously
instantaneously and we do see that a lot
and some people like yeah that's yeah
can that be possible how can it be
possible look we've we've done research
now I just assembled a team of
scientists we've done 8,500 brain scans
I can tell you I can tell you when a
person's about ready to change I can
tell you why really don't change I can
tell you what it takes to change so
what's it take to change well do you
change most people keep their attention
always their awareness on their body it
keeps their attention on everything in
their environment with people and things
or the brain is always scanning
everything around us to determine what's
known as a safe and unsafe right and you
know we do that all the time so our
research shows that the moment you take
your attention off your body and you go
from somebody to nobody
you take your attention off the people
in your life and go from who you
identify with from someone to no one and
so many people spend our whole life
building an identity of being someone
take your attention off your cell phone
your computer your car and go from
something to nothing take your attention
off where you're sitting where you need
to be some place you have to go go from
somewhere to nowhere and take your
attention off time linear thinking about
the predictable future the familiar past
and fall into the generous present
moment and go from some time to no time
then all you're left with is
consciousness and that's the moment
we're no longer playing by the same
rules of matter to matter and there's a
very elegant moment that takes place in
the brain in fact I was just showing my
research to a group of researchers and
Santa Cruz this past week and they were
blown away and I said now watch this
person this person is going to have a
transformational moment they said how do
you know I buy I've seen enough of these
in the next moment the whole brain just
lights up that person is switched on
they'll never be the same person again
they're having a transcendental moment
and we could actually predict it and
teach it now it's a formula hmm just
like you doing sports if it just becomes
a formula and then you change the
formula and you add to it right so when
you no longer are you're identifying
with your body your environment and time
that's the moment your pure
consciousness
now you're just an idea you're an
awareness awareness awareness that has
nothing to do with local space and time
and now if you're know go beyond
anything you can go beyond and that's
when the brain because the brain doesn't
change the brain it takes a long time it
takes a long time for the personality to
change the personality for the ego to
change the ego the programs that change
the program's takes forever matter takes
a long time to change matter but when
you're in this moment you're no longer
playing by those rules consciousness is
the phenomenon above matter
in fact consciousness is beginning to
activate or manipulate circuits in the
brain people just think the brain is
creating conscious no consciousness
is executing the brain right so then if
the brain can change then the mind
doesn't change the brain mine is the
brain in action is consciousness that
changes it so when people begin to
disengage and get beyond themselves you
are at your absolute best when you get
beyond yourself and getting the person
to that point how does someone get to
that point yeah so we teach them that
formula we teach them to that point
where all of a sudden they reach that
generous present moment where they just
feel connected and when they're in that
place all the things they thought they
wanted they actually no longer want
because they feel like they already have
them so then imagine living your life
from that place you would be less
judgmental and you would be less
frustrated u.s. inpatient reactive and
so so the formula then is that it
requires a clear intention which is a
coherent brain and when you're living
stressed out and something goes wrong
and you're threatened or you can't
predict an outcome or you have the
perception that something's getting
worse or you can't control it you switch
on that fight-or-flight nervous system
then we talked about now here's what
happens when that occurs you start
shifting your attention from one person
to one problem the one thing to another
person to another place because your
brain is trying to predict the next
moment well every one of those people
and things and places has a neurological
network in your brain so as you shift
your attention from one to the next it's
like a lightning storm in the clouds
your brain starts firing very incoherent
lis when your brain is incoherent you're
incoherent and when you're living by the
hormones of stress not a time to create
not a time to open your heart not a time
to learn not a time to trust and it's a
time to run fight or hide so people
spend 70% of their time of their life
living in the state so think about it so
miserable yes so then when you're under
stress if there's if there's a cougar
around the corner you're not going to
sit down and meditate sit still right
but but so I'm a tree you got that you
got the survival genes switched on and
nobody is going to believe in
possibility when you're living in
survival right yeah so then when you're
living in stress what happens is
narrow your focus on the cause you now
your focus on matter the object the
thing and so people get switched on and
all of their attention is on their outer
world when the hormones of stress kick
on the body gets an arousal now your
attention is on the body and of course
when you're under stress you're trying
to predict the future based on the past
and now you're literally enslaved into
three-dimensional reality so then how do
you get what you want
you gotta try harder you force it more
you gotta work hard you gotta fight for
it it's matter trying to change matters
Austen people just burn out right so
then we now know that when you go from a
narrow focus on something and you begin
to open your focus you create sense and
awareness that the act of opening your
focus causes you to stop thinking and if
you stop thinking you no longer activate
those circuits and you start to slow
your brainwaves down mmm as you slow
your brainwaves down you start
connecting to that autonomic nervous
system the thing that's giving you life
and all of a sudden when you get beyond
yourself it says he's gone let's step in
and just clean up this mess before he
gets back really and its job is to
create order and balance your body will
start to do that for you the innate
intelligence will step right in once
you've connect you got to connect so you
got to know how to change your
brainwaves you can't change your
brainwaves you stay in that active State
you're basically moving furniture around
you're analyzing your life within some
disturbing emotion and I can tell you
after looking at all those brain stands
if you're analyzing your life within
some disturbing emotion you're going to
make your brain worse in fact you are
thinking in the past right so you teach
people the formula how to open their
focus change their brainwaves connect to
that invisible field and all of a sudden
different compartments of the brain
starts synchronizing the front of the
brain starts talking to the back of the
brain the right side starts talking to
the left side and all of a sudden what
sinks in the brain links in the brain
all of a sudden you see this person
starting to feel more like themselves
and when you see those two hemispheres
the brains start lighting up watch out
because that person's gonna feel really
whole they're gonna start loving life
they're gonna feel like they're going to
be in love with life because the union
of polarity and duality is wholeness at
the exact same time coherent brain when
you're resentful when you're judgmental
when you're inpatient
your heartbeats out of rhythm why you're
stepping on the gas and you're stepping
on the brake at the same time your body
in its intelligence living in survival
is saying t-rex is back there but you're
not running because you're sitting
across the table looking at somebody
smiling and your body's revved up right
so the heart is beating and rhythmically
and when that happens your your
squandering or you're using all the
body's life force and turning it into
chemistry right using all that energy to
survive as opposed to think beyond right
right so you're drawing from your vital
life force that invisible field around
your body and you're turning into
chemistry you actually are going to
shrink your own feel the hormones of
stress caused us to be materialists
right we we when one other stress where
we're using our senses determine reality
so now you feel more like matter and
less like energy more separate from
possibility so then to teach a person
then how to regulate that heart center
and we do this we've done 6000 heart
scans why because if I can teach you how
to get in that heart state and I can
teach you how to activate that Center
and I can teach you how to regulate an
elevated emotion the heart starts to
create a very coherent signature and
when the heart starts beating like a
drum like dropping a pebble in water it
begins to produce a measurable magnetic
field up to 3 meters wide now you're
more energy than matter more wave than
particle Wow now that field that's being
created is measurable and that's an
energy and energy is frequency and all
frequency carries information so what is
the information when it makes it here
that you're sharing in the world it
could carry the thought of your healing
why because it's consistent with the
energy guilt isn't gonna carry the
thought of your healing it's a different
frequency and all of a sudden now the
person is elevating their emotional
state and they're allowing their thought
to be carried on their frequency they're
broadcasting a whole new energetic
signature but thoughts are the language
of the brain and feelings of the
language of the body and how you think
and how you feel creates your state of
being so then the question is if you
keep practicing creating that state of
being it should become familiar to you
yes or no the word meditation literally
means to become familiar with so then if
you're practicing moving in
these elevated states and your heart is
coherent and we're measuring and I can
say Louis you got it now do it for 30
minutes now do it for 60 minutes and you
practice creating that coherence you'll
know when you're there and when you're
not yes or no sure and then you would be
able to say like a skill like anything
else give me a minute I'm gonna step out
and you're gonna go back in the heart
coherence and bring up that state now we
get there in the heart then we practice
a formula again rest your attention
stuff crawling up elevated emotions and
when you start seeing that that starts
happening then you sustain it then you
keep practicing and all of a sudden it
gets longer and longer and longer now
what's the relevance behind that well
we've measured neurotransmitters so when
a person actually activates their heart
the heart releases a chemical called
oxytocin oxytocin is actually the love
chemical not oxytocin signals nitric
oxide nitric oxide signals another
chemical called endothelial derived
relaxing factor what does that do causes
the vessels in your heart to swell you
will literally have energy in your heart
you will literally feel like your heart
is full now once you have that feeling
you're not gonna want to trade that
feeling for anyone or anything you're
gonna say well why would I judge that
person if I judge that person will lose
this feeling now all of a sudden you're
self-regulating now once the heart is
activated I just was at the research lab
this week once the heart is activated it
acts as an amplifier and it amplifies
energy in the brain so once you start
opening that heart and it begins to
signal the brain you're going to
suppress the survival centers in fact
the research shows it will reset your
baseline in other words if you're
anxious and vigilant and you learn how
to self-regulate you'll actually reset
the baseline and you'll say well the
trauma was 15 years ago I saw my
somebody get murdered or whatever and
they will say yeah yeah yeah but the
moment the heart not the brain it's the
heart that actually resets the amygdala
and all of a sudden the person all of a
sudden switches down and also the
line-item I just don't have anxiety we
have thousands of brain scans with
anxiety and depression from people from
all walks of life
they've
we said and all of a sudden they don't
have that anxiety they don't have to
take medications or doing things they
know how to self-regulate where does all
anxiety stem from mmm anxiety is doing
this living in the survival when you're
living in survival I'll tell you this
when the survival gene is activated out
of the infinite potentials in the
quantum field you'll always choose the
worst-case scenario why because if
you're in survival and you're preparing
for the worst there's always better
chances of surviving if anything less
happens so people are always selecting
the worst thing in their mind and they
begin to emotionally embrace that future
before it happens
thought and emotion you start
conditioning so you're conditioning the
body to become the mind of fear
you keep doing that enough times once
the body becomes the mind it's a
subconscious program person as a panic
attack try as you made a controller with
your conscious mind you can't you
programmed it subconsciously now you
worry about the next panic attack and as
you start worrying about the next panic
attack that's the vigilance that creates
the next one well now here's what's
happening in our work people who are
self-regulating and creating these
elevated states we have we have heart
scans of them sustaining heart coherence
for a whole hour drawing and meditation
then at the end of the day they're still
wearing the the monitor it's 8 o'clock
at night they're not even in a
meditation and for a whole entire hour
they're in heart coherence we say to the
woman what's going on here she said I
have no idea I was just getting ready
for bed and all of a sudden my heart
just swelled up it was so intense I had
to lay on my back and surrender to love
instead of surrendering to fear she had
a spontaneous love attack instead of a
spontaneous panic attack now I would
call that the natural state of being so
then if you're living by those elevated
states and you know how to feel that
emotion of your future before it happens
you're less likely to wait for it to
happen because you'll feel like it
already happened you'll less likely try
to control it you'll know that the
moment you lose the feeling you just
disconnected and you're gonna make your
way back and when you get good at it no
person no thing no experience can take
it away from you no you're empowered and
if you understand the laws of how
creation
happens then you're less likely to
compete and rush to get what you want
you're gonna know that it's gonna come
to you and now that's the new model of
how do we create knowing it's gonna come
to us at the right time what if we want
it faster no you just do it again mmm
but remember if you're trying to make it
happen faster you're back to the old
self right and yourself would never do
that the new self would constantly stay
there and so then how does it appear it
appears in a way that you can't expect
because if you can predict it it's the
gnome it's gonna come in a way that you
haven't thought of an unknown and it's
and it's got a rock your world it's got
to catch you off guard it's got to leave
you no doubt that what you've been doing
inside of you that produces some effect
outside of you and when you correlate
what you've been doing inside of you
with the effect that you produced
outside of your gonna pay attention to
what you did and do it again and the
energy of the joy that you feel when it
happens you're gonna use that energy to
create again now people say to me well
I'm this way because of that person in
that thing I would say to them so you
mean them that person or that experience
out there is controlling your thoughts
and feelings that means you're a victim
to your environment but when you start
changing your thoughts and feelings and
it starts to produce an effect in your
environment you're gonna change the
belief that you're a victim consciously
or subconsciously of your life to
becoming more of a creator of your life
and now all of a sudden you become more
of creator of your life you can't blame
anybody you can't say well that person
and I think you'd have to say I got to
be greater than that environmental
condition who in history can I study
that had the same challenges now what
was what was what did they do let me
just work that into my rehearsal so that
I can improve right just like you've
done with sports is the same process
yeah when do you experience the most
love whoo personally yeah that's a great
question so I'm so turns out that the
signature of the quantum field is
greater and greater degrees of oneness
and wholeness right so think about it um
when we live in stress we live in
separation right because our senses fool
us into believing you're there and I'm
here and everybody is separate from us
and everything is separate from us
that's 3d reality
but as you start opening the center all
of a sudden when you become nobody no
one no thing nowhere in no time right
that's the moment that your
consciousness lines up with the
consciousness of the field that's when
you are totally present now here's the
deal if I can get people to believe that
just because they can't see something
doesn't mean it doesn't exist that they
can just connect and pay attention to
that field and stay present with it and
become more aware of it moment after
moment after moment every interaction
with that invisible field every
experience lays down the circuits in
their brain for them to perceive more of
it right so then as they keep their
attention on it they start moving closer
and closer to it so they experience less
separation and more oneness and
wholeness so then when that happens
there's a cascade of all kinds of
physical and chemical and energetic
things that begin to happen so for me
the best way that I can describe that
feel this is intelligent love it's
greater levels of order and unity and
oneness and when you strike it and you
hit it it is the most incredibly
electric feeling you will ever have it
is the most familiar unfamiliar feeling
ever have you will swear that you are
ancient in that moment and you will
connect and it won't be just like love
for your puppy you will feel it in every
single cell of your body and I mean like
a vibration a coherence where your body
becomes electric and the only way we can
describe that is love you you you taste
that one time okay here's what I say I
always say the first time it happens the
first time it happened to me and every
time since when I come back to my senses
I always say the same thing Joe Dispenza
you got this all wrong because some
veneer some conditioning is lifted you
start realizing that the way you think
life is isn't that way so now when I've
had those moments Lois I have said there
cannot be any more love than this until
the next experiments time
I mean how much is there right I mean
you get super humbled when was the last
time whoa about well about five days ago
yeah yeah a moment oh I just had a very
profound mystical experience I was I'll
tell you this short story and how often
does it happen also I don't know I mean
I I live for them yeah try to do it
every month I don't know I CLE I just do
the meditations and and then when they
happen I'm if I'm just in the right
place and I don't have a plane the
catcher an email that answer and I have
a little laxity and I can kind of
surrender into the moment I just I had
this incredible I don't know how to
describe this but they there is a
geometric pattern like mandala I don't
know what it was and it moved right
through my entire body and it was like
working with me with my physical body
and mom if I could surrender to it it
was just incredible bliss I mean
incredible incredible bliss I mean I
don't know how to describe it and and
and when that occurs when it happened to
me I had this my heart was just lit up
like it was it was a was an experience
wasn't a physical experience you know as
it was from within and here's the weird
thing every time it happens
my heart feels live like it lasts for
days like the emotion from the
experience last day we're like uh what's
up with you like well and you're just
kind of joyful got this big smile on
your face I just am so happy to be alive
so I think that independent of it listen
I now know I mean we've measured genetic
changes hormonal changes
neurotransmitter changes we've measured
immune system responses by trading fear
for gratitude we've measured gene
expressions we now know that people can
signal the gene - so for kick to reduce
cancer and tumors the signal the gene to
grow new neurons we've measured this
signal the gene for
for stem cells will go to damage tissues
and repair them oxidative stress gene
signal we've we've seen that in art and
our students now here's the deal
after all of those studies in the last
six years you can't tell me you're too
old to do this work can't tell me that
we got people in their 80s doing
miraculous things I can't tell me you're
too sick to do this work the people that
work the end of their life Stage four
and we turn that battleship around well
you can't tell me that you had to
turbulent of a past to do this where
were people that were really rough paths
that are now free you can't tell me
you're not you've never meditated before
where people have never meditated before
the most profound mystical experience
you can't tell me you're too overweight
to underway to add a shape to in shape
you can't tell me that anywhere because
all colors all races everybody can do it
that's the cool part about it and when
you get a community of people together
and you move them from one state of mind
to another there's this moment and I can
almost predict when it happens the
second or third day where people just
start hooking up and then when they
start hooking up you know we start we're
seeing now on our events I mean a lady
that was blind from birth
5% vision but the only event was seen I
mean how do you explain that we had
three people in the last two events that
were deaf their hearing now Wow people
with crutches that were limited or
walking without crutches and canes
spinal cord injuries I mean Parkinson's
disease in a week like that's gotta be
like well it doesn't wake you up to
what's possible and you're witnessing a
tumor on a woman's thyroid that was
there at the beginning the event that's
gone at the end of the event I mean like
you you got to scratch your head and
just go out the reality isn't at all the
way I think it is right and so there's
this humility that comes like well I
don't know anything but I'm willing to
go down push the envelope a little bit
more so we're only as good as our
ability to execute this right but as we
get better efficiency over to you and
since I'm all about consistency
and I'm Li the first guy to say do the
blood test
do the scan let's do the test to make
sure that it's just not in your mind
it's in your brain
yes No so so now so now the evidence
then supports it the the the
testimonials supported in all of a
sudden people now are beginning to wake
up to what's possible and just like the
four-minute mile the four-minute mile is
broken was broken we pierced the relic
every day so we're just seeing now this
same thing we've peer pierced eval in
people are just just all in is there not
50% in they're all in and my goodness
we're creating this kind of wake in
momentum but not just for healing but
for creating new jobs and new
relationships new opportunities moments
everything you know or whatever it is
that they want from people come people
come to the work for all kinds of
reasons sure I don't really care but by
the time they start doing the work all
they really want to do is give because
when you feel so amazing and feel so
great about yourself that you no longer
want anything the first thing you want
to do is give I mean when we see that
brain scan moving into coherence and
those two hemispheres come together and
all sudden see that heart just start
going boom boom very orderly in see the
more energy going in the brain the brain
goes into super coherence you can walk
around and look at that person who's
getting the brain scan and there are
tears of joy rolling down her face she's
feeling so whole that it's impossible to
want how can you want when you're whole
mmm
now you feel like you already leave
everything you you feel you have it
already that's the moment the magic
happens so she's no longer creating from
lack and duality and separation scarcity
scarcity she's feeling like it already
happened that's that's a very profound
signal in the field that's dropping a
big stone in the water and producing
some big waves and things are starting
to manifest she's attracting she's from
inside yeah now she's showing it to her
so then so then if you're doing that to
answer the original question is that
then if you keep practicing that then
you got to get up and maintain that
modified state of mind and body your
entire day and it's just a practice and
as you do that and you start seeing all
the fun things happening it's not like
oh I gotta go create my life today
you're like you're like I got no
because I don't want the magic to stop
so I just do it because I love the crazy
magical wonderful things that happen
that that I would just just never
anticipate in my life and so people are
catching on to it and they start coming
for one reason you know they're they
want money or they wanna help but it's
not about your money it's not about your
health it's not about your new
relationship it's not even about the
mystical moment it's about who you
become in the process because overcoming
all those limitations to become somebody
else nobody can take that away from you
Wow and do you feel like you've answered
those questions too for yourself Who am
I why am I here what am i doing
yeah I think so I I think though that
was her question do you still have an
answer no I mean it's not that there's
questions that I still haven't answered
it's just that I'm I'm always changing
my answers because I'm not I mean even
my definition of surrender just from six
months ago is not even close to the same
definition that I have today what's the
definition now well surrender man is
just greater degrees of letting go and
trust everything I just like like I like
when my world is going sideways and my
staff is just freaking out I'm always
like oh I'm just gonna we'll head call
I'm not gonna control anything they're
like what shape is thinking like yeah
but I gotta go against the chemicals I
gotta trust because if you're gonna
stress in that moment to have anxiety
you're gonna create more of that oh
you're going to make things worse so I
just let go all the way all the way and
and and you got to lay down the very
thing you used your whole life they get
what you want for something greater to
occur and that's not that's not one bite
that's not one leap mm-hm it's a
practice and so is letting go a little
bit more entrusting if you if you over
surrender that's little that's lazy and
lethargic if you over intend that's
trying and forcing so there's this
Razors Edge between intention and
surrender right you got to be able to be
able to take action right yeah right
that's around right right but you don't
want to get in the way right so and
that's just it's a lot of trial and
error
you know figure it out right Wow yeah
what do you feel like your mission is
right now then Wow
so um for me right now I mean my passion
is are these week-long events how many
do you do a year we do about two 1000
just a little less than once a month you
know around the world and it's usually
about a thousand people and now what
we're doing is we're doing this whole
nother level we're doing two really cool
things one is a challenge activity and
what I want to do is we now know that
our students can create a lot of brain
and heart coherence but they can do it
with their eyes closed in a room with a
thousand people and soft music playing I
feel safe but now let's get them in a
situation where that would normally
elicit fear or some emotion get them in
the real world get them in the real
world and get them up somewhere where
they're feeling a little uncomfortable
or they're being challenged through
endurance and let's see them create
brain horn coherence right on that spot
like this is this is the moment this is
this is your life like you got to be
able to do this right now you can't say
I can't it's too hard I can't do this
I'll start tomorrow I don't want to
that's not the moment that's what you do
in your life let's put you there and
instead of just white knuckling and
pushing through let's get really
conscious surrender let's get really
present yeah let's create that heart and
brain coherence and let's work it and
then make them move when you're in that
state you know rhythm through that
resistance create that kind of coherence
and and and and I was just at the heart
math Institute who we partner with and
we're the doc Childre the guy that
created heart math you said it's all
about rhythm through resistance it's
about that ability to create that kind
of internal order when there's chaos
going on around you so what's the
relevance of that a person who's going
through a challenge activity that's a
huge obstacle course and they have the
belief that they have a spinal cord
injury or they have MS or Parkinson's
disease and they never try anything in
their life and we got them up there and
there's people rooting for them and
they're in that state and they're in
that heart coherence and they go through
that whole course and they've overcome
they're gonna walk back in their life
and whatever challenges that they have
they're gonna be like nothing nothing
I've just reset this scale so the other
thing is that people move past where
they normally can go there's a
liberation of energy and that's
available energy that just needs to be
organized so they start organizing that
energy then they're doing magic the
other thing we're working on is some is
non-local healing what we call the cage
get a person to lay down with a health
condition we get eight people around
them we teach them about energetic
coherence we talk to them about the
science that it's not matter that emits
a field
it's the field that creates matter
change the field you change matter we
give them the science and the
understanding and then we let them go
and we have seen people all kinds of
healings take place in ten minutes like
how do you explain that how do you
explain a person laying there who isn't
even being touched and their entire body
is moving in all these different
directions by it with energy is it's
incredible so I want to develop that why
I want to get so good at that Louis that
50% of those people that are laying down
get up healed we're gonna walk into a
city when we do a week-long event we're
gonna call the Children's Hospital we're
gonna say send those kids with cancer
well we're gonna we're gonna we're gonna
change futures right and and and men you
know you talk about opening your heart
but if you you you think you open your
heart boom you get an opportunity to
give and you and these people have been
working all week long when it comes time
to heal they're not saying all my back
hurts
they're not saying how long is this
gonna go am i doing it right transform
someone's life yeah they left that they
left those attitudes on Monday okay this
is Friday this is Saturday they're not
there hook they've been connecting the
field all week long they're not they're
not in their analytical mind they're
beyond their body they know how to get
beyond their environment they're they
don't to get beyond time so when it
comes time to execute they've been
practicing all week we've been a camp
they've been practicing so so you got a
group of people doing that together and
all of a sudden the energy we've
measured the energy of the room and the
energy of the room always goes up it
just goes up and that's available energy
to heal that's available energy do the
mystical so I just want to get
system and I want to get really good at
it mmm in it and it's not about me good
idea well we were making great changes
in like unbelievable changes in people's
health but before I step out into the
world and say let's go to the Children's
Hospital in Toronto and let's call up
the oncologists there and say hey we
will never touch the kids right we'll
just lay them down Twitter hang out yeah
it'll just be a half an hour they'll
just be laying on the ground and then
we'll be done in the open relationship I
want to be good and that when we do do
it that we're gonna execute an outcome
and and and and that way we're beyond
reproach it's no longer a bunch of
spiritualist doing this there's a
science behind it and we now know it
thousands of cases or itself we've got
we've got tons of cases now exactly but
I don't know the statistics we're gonna
start doing the statistics now and we're
gonna start tracking mental changes
so then I can say without a shadow of a
doubt yeah we're at 30% on the last
three events we have 30% remission not
just like it goes away for a little bit
but it goes away and stays away that's
cool and some people go to the healing
they get in the cage for their knee
problems and they come out hearing
better that just happened to a copy
other day he had a bad knees and he was
but he went in to get his knees healed
but he forgot that he's you know he
didn't think about his hearing problem
he got bit by a poisonous snake when he
was like a three year old kid and always
had hearing problems where his hearing
aids the whole bit comes out of them he
said he'd never felt in that amount of
love in his entire life and that's the
common thing that people say the woman
that got her vision back that's not what
she talked about she didn't talk about
the fact that she could see all she kept
saying was I feel like a child again I
feel like a baby again I feel fresh I
feel like I've newborn I feel clean she
kept talking about how she felt then she
said oh yeah and I can see faces now and
there were these two big flower
arrangements on the stage and she said I
thought those were guards guarding dr.
Joe the whole week
she couldn't even see the flower she
just saw the you know the form aren't
you like I see the flowers now but but
the first thing was how they felt and he
the same way he said I had never I was
sobbing I never felt so much love in my
life it wasn't like I was trying to feel
it it just happened and he said I got up
and all of a sudden I could hear doctor
talking without my hearing aids I'm just
going I think my knees were a little
better but my hair is better you know so
you never know right you never know sure
everyone's got to get in the cage and
the cage yeah I like to give people a
challenge I'm curious
I want everyone listening for the next 7
days to try something mm-hmm and if you
could give one to three different things
that we could think differently or
eliminates mm-hmm when a thought comes
to us or we react in a certain way if
there's something you think you have we
eliminated one two or three things and
we did this every day for seven days we
would start to see incredible feelings
of differently would feel healthier more
lively more love what would be those few
things okay well most people number one
they get up in the morning and the first
thing they do is they think about the
problems in their life and those
problems are memories from the past so
the moment they think about the problems
are thinking in the past right every one
of those problems has an emotion
attached to them so that I start feeling
unhappy or unworthy or whatever and how
you think and how you feel is your state
of being so most people is the entire
state of being is in the past when they
start today
so if then the familiar past they're
gonna live in a predictable future right
something get up and they check their
cell phone they check their text there
what's after Facebook they post
something on Facebook they tweet they
Twitter they check the news then they go
to the bathroom get a cup of coffee take
a shower and get dressed
check our emails drive to work the same
way do the same thing so run a program
people actually lost their free will to
the program Wow so if you start your day
and you start your day with this simple
question what is the greatest ideal of
myself that I can be today you ask
yourself that question and I listen your
body's gonna go like well we got to get
a cup of coffee and you guys are tired
and you got to go ah ba-dee you're not
the mind
I'm the mind right now you're gonna sit
here I'm gonna feed you mm-hmm
you're gonna get your coffee you're
gonna do all those things but right now
this is my time you're gonna obey me
right so now the body's no longer the
mind you're the mind and so when it
wants to get up and you become aware of
it and we turn back to the present
moment every time you do that's a
victory when you're changing some aspect
of yourself so then
ask yourself I do this all the time
write down four thoughts that you're
gonna stay conscious of the whole day I
can't it's too hard you'd be surprised
the moment you become conscious of what
those thoughts are how unconscious
you've been to them all there you know
for weeks on end
write down what you speak how you speak
four things you want to change how you
act how do you how do you act do you
complain do you blame you make excuses
you feel sorry for yourself
that's a victim consciousness what
emotions do you live by is it possible
that you're so used to living by guilt
you don't even know it's guilt it just
feels like you do you allow your energy
to drop become conscious of those states
of mind body and review them and say
this is the old self then say what
thoughts do I want to fire and wire in
my brain and start firing and wiring and
start feeling it what behaviors will I
demonstrate today what choices will I
make one day one lifetime and just like
you did rehearse them rehearse the whole
entire thing begin to install the
neurological hardware in your brain and
if you keep installing it the hardware's
would become a software program meaning
they start to thinking and act in that
way and then here's a tough part can you
teach your body emotionally what your
future is gonna feel like before it's
made manifest and don't get up until you
feel that way no practice that for a few
days and then see if you can stay in
that state and watch all of a sudden all
those weird doors start opening frigates
the chronicity synchronicity is whatever
they are number two take up time at the
end of your day the end of your day
before you lay down and give thanks for
your life and you just feel gratitude
and really teach your body what it feels
like the emotional signature of
gratitude when gratitude means you're
getting something if I give you
something that's a value you would say
thank you because you would feel it
right so when you're receiving you're
giving thanks so gratitude is the
ultimate state of receiving so then
people only accept believe and surrender
to the thoughts equal to their emotional
state so if you're in a state of
gratitude every thoughts gonna make it
right down into your body if you're
saying I'm I'm healthy
healthy I'm healthy and wealthy and
wealthy and wealthy and your body's
program the negativity it's saying no
you're not no you're not no no thoughts
gonna stop right here
so as you elevate your state there are
about 1,200 different chemical reactions
that go on in the body that begin to
restore and repair the body in a state
of gratitude and so we've done the
research to improve that ten minutes and
just feel it with all of your heart
that's it well third thing and very
important take time whenever it is sit
down close your eyes and begin to just
open your awareness to the space around
you and just sense it and pay attention
to it and become more aware of it the
act of opening your awareness begins to
reduce the stress hormones and creates
more coherent brainwave states yeah I'm
doing it right now
and it's just a practice yeah it's just
a practice and the more you do it the
better you get at it well who's been
your greatest teacher who life no doubt
about it I believe that life is our
initiation I mean I do my best to see my
life as a reflection of my mind and I
think that no and I think that life is
our greatest teacher reflection of your
mind is essentially like what you've
created as a reflection of how you've
been thinking yeah yeah exactly so if
you're showing up sick physically then
that's what you've created here look I
don't believe that germs make me sick I
believe I make me sick I do I mean
there's no germs with my name on it out
there I mean they're called
opportunistic bacteria because they're
waiting for an opportunity for your
immune system new non remised and so for
me personally and you have to ask myself
this question every day at what point do
I stop believing that I create my life
well what is that point so I'm always
pushing that envelope a little bit more
so for me
I think life is our initiation we don't
need to go to any ancient school of
wisdom mm-hmm
Himalayas and we life is our initiation
and when you meet the challenges in your
life from a greater level of mind you're
going to begin to move through those
initiations and what is the side effect
of that wisdom mmm and that's what we
take with us yeah being wise powerful

that moment number two is that we are
the creators of our lives and not the
victims of our lives and that in taking
time in your life to invest in yourself
is to invest in a future and when you
invest in yourself you invest in a
future and when you believe in yourself
you believe in possibility and I think
that everybody secretly believes in
themselves and so taking time to
understand that we are just works in
progress and and to find time to forgive
ourselves and to forgive others let's
start fresh this the next day is a
blessing is a blessing and finally I
think that it's not our purpose in life
to be a popular or successful or
beautiful or or intelligent our purpose
in life is to remove those blocks those
veils those limitations that stand in
the way between us and that divine
intelligence and when we do it begins to
make its way through us and we become
more like it we become more loving it is
loving intelligence we become more
giving it's a giver of life we become
more conscious it's a consciousness we
become more mindful it has an infinite
mind we become more willful it has an
amazing will its nature becomes our
nature it's mind becomes our mind and
and then we don't have to try to be
liked or try to be important and try to
be recognized we're just happy for no
reason at all and I think that is the
natural state of being and I think that
we innately know that on some level mmm

I'm starting to realize how conditioned
we are into believing how limited we are
and as you start peeling those layers
away and you break through those beliefs
those self-limiting thoughts and
emotions on the other side of that is
where the miraculous happens welcome
back for one of the school's greatest

you're so effective with your work and
there's there's so many transformations
in your work and we were just talking
before about how people are literally
transformed when they read your books
when they listen to interviews like this
with you when they go through week-long
workshops of some of the crazy stuff
that you do and I was asking you know
why is this stuff really taking off now
in the last year year and a half because
you've been doing this work for a couple
decades now right yeah two decades yeah
just about yeah almost two decades and
you've been in tons of documentaries
movies you've been in doing interviews
for a long time but really it's taken
off in last year and you said because
now we have evidence of about a lot of
things that you're working on the things
that you've been believing for so many
years that you knew worked for you and
you saw transformation with yourself
we're not going to go into your accident
because it's in the last interview but
now we have proof and evidence and
science backing all this and how did
that start to happen yeah it's a it's a
great dialogue because I think this is a
time in history where it's not enough to
know this is a time in history to know
how and if you rewind the tape 10 years
ago you know information was the thing
that stimulated thought stimulated new
ideas and and as we learn new things we
make new
connections in our brains so as we begin
to add new stitches into that
three-dimensional tapestry in our mind
we're beginning to cause our mind to
function in new ways but the key then is
to apply it to personalize it to do
something with it and in 10 years ago
when I went got in front of an audience
and talked about the application nobody
wanted to step outside that
philosophical theoretical intellectual
realm right because when doing something
is you're gonna have to change something
about yourself oh yeah you're gonna get
uncomfortable right and I think we're in
an age of information and in an age of
information ignorant as a choice and
because of technology we have access to
so much content and information creates
awareness and awareness is consciousness
and you can't have consciousness without
energy there they work together so
there's an energetic change I think
that's taking place in the world right
now where people are so informed that
old models old paradigms are beginning
to break down whether it's the medical
model and religious model the education
model journalism the economy you know
politics it's all beginning to come to
the surface because something else has
to come out and and I think that one of
the things that people are realizing is
that you don't have to be a Buddhist
monk to do this or a nun with 40 years
of devotion you just got to understand
the formula and just like any skill or
anything you learn you gotta go from
thinking to doing to being you got to
take knowledge you create the experience
and if you keep doing it over and over
again you start getting a skill or you
start getting wise about how to do it
and you you know that you know how to do
it well in the last ten years we have
assembled the scientific team and let's
see if you can really make significant
brain changes I don't want those changes
to just be in your mind I want them to
be in your brain I want to be able to
see before and after pictures to say
that person has a significant change
after a traumatic brain injury or
anxiety or depression or a cyclic mood
disorder or a stroke we want to see that
there's been significant change at the
same time let's measure your brain in
real time and
let's look to see what that
transformation process looks like and in
the discovery Louis of that process we
gain so much knowledge about what that
transformational process looks like in
other words I can tell you without a
doubt that if you're analyzing your life
right now within some disturbing emotion
that 100% of the time you're going to
make your brain worse if you think about
your life if you're stuck in an emotion
like frustrated you're angry or fearful
or resentful and you're thinking within
that emotional state in other words you
can't think greater than how you feel
that means then you were thinking in the
past because those emotions are a record
or residue of the past so we see people
in the process of change that aren't
analyzing and the in in duality or
polarity that kind of drives the brain
into higher states of arousal and and
further away from true change so we did
we've done thousands and thousands and
thousands of brain scans and and we now
know that there's a formula to create
greater brain coherence greater brain
efficiency to make your brain work
better and when your brain works better
you work better at the same time it
requires a clear intention and an
elevated emotion to begin to change your
energy and to change your life and
nobody changes until they change their
energy right so then how do you get a
person out of resentment frustration
into joy and freedom if why would they
feel grateful or joyful or free if the
experience hasn't happened so most
people are spending the majority of
their life waiting for something out
there to take away their emptiness or
pain or the resentment in here well if
they're waiting their whole life and
separation or lack then and and we
create reality then the lack is driving
certain thoughts which is creating more
separation and more lacks so teaching
people then to begin to condition their
body emotionally before the evidence
takes place in their life he is breaking
a significant habit right so instead of
living by cause-and-effect now we're
beginning to cause an effect so the
moment you start feeling whole and
grateful
we now know you're healing will begin at
that moment yes the moment you start
feeling worthy and abundant your wealth
is coming you know you're generating a
certain amount of energy a certain
amount of wealth and so probably someone
feel worthy though if they've always
been told they're not working yeah well
so let me know that's the story they
tell themselves
yeah I'm not worth it because yeah she
didn't say yes when I asked her on date
right because he broke up with me
because I got hired because my parents
left me how do they how am i worth it
when there's so much evidence or story
around a negative well thing
let's stop telling the story of your
past and let's start telling the story
of your future and and people who aren't
defined by a vision of the future for
the most part are left with memories of
the past your brain is a record of the
past it's an artifact of everything
you've learned and experience to this
moment so most people wake up in the
morning and they start thinking about
their problems and those problems are
memories that are tattooed in the brain
that are associated to certain people
and things at certain times and places
so the moment the person wakes up clean
slate they start thinking about the
problems they're thinking in the past if
you believe your thoughts have something
to do with your destiny wow this is
possibly that your past is gonna be your
future every one of those problems has
an emotion associated with it so then
the moment you start recalling the
problem you start feeling unhappy now
your body's in the past because thoughts
of the language of the brain and
feelings of the language of the body and
how you think and how you feel
creates a state of being so people
reaffirm their identity based on the
past right and it turns out that the
redundancy of doing that conditioning
only requires it requires an image and
an emotion and most people are
unconsciously conditioning their body
into the familiar past into the note so
now if you're in the familiar past and
then the known you're gonna crave the
predictable future right that's the
known as well and there's only one place
where the unknown exists and that's the
eternal present moment that's the sweet
spot of the generous present moment so
you got you got a labor to get that
person beyond the emotions that keep
them tact or anchored to the past and
yes it takes an effort to do that but if
you keep working
with the formula you'll reach that
elegant moment where there's a
liberation of energy and now your body
as the unconscious mind the objective
mind is not believing it's living in the
same past experience 24 hours a day
because you're liberating the body from
that emotional state so you ask the
person why are you so unhappy why are
you so frustrated why are you so
resentful and when we do ask that their
brain is going to associate that emotion
to a past event to a memory to a memory
that's because they have nothing to look
forward to in their future so if you're
not being defined by a vision in the
future it just means to me that you're
more in love with your past then you are
with the future so how do you teach
people to believe in a future that they
can't see or experience with their
senses yet but they've thought about
enough times in their mind that their
brain is literally changed to look like
the event has already occurred
the latest research and neuroscience
says that's absolutely possible we know
that and how do you teach a person to
select a new possibility in their future
and begin to emotionally embrace that
future before it's made manifest to such
a degree that their body as their
unconscious mind is believing it's
living in that future reality in the
present moment and they're signaling new
genes and new ways ahead of the
environment now to their body begins to
change to look like the event has
already occurred we've proven that
that's possible now think about this so
the more you think about your desired
future the joy the gratitude the the
feelings you want to have that are more
positive the more you think about it as
its as a future thing happening the more
your body shifts now exactly so your
body is believing it's living in that
future reality in the present moment now
think about this the stronger the
emotion you feel from some condition in
your life the more altered you feel
inside of you the more you narrow your
focus on the cause and the brain freezes
an image and takes a snapshot and that
memory now is embossed in the brain it's
branded in there so then people think
neurologically within the circuits of
those past experiences and they feel
chemically within the boundaries of
those emotions and the stronger the
betrayal the stronger the trauma the
more the body's living in the
right so then so how you reverse that so
now if you truly got passionate about a
future we've all done this you've got a
wild idea in your mind and you start
holding on to that vision and you're
preoccupied with it all of a sudden the
thought in your mind becomes the
experience and you start feeling that
the energy of the future now the
stronger the emotion you feel from that
vision the more you're going to pay
attention to the picture in your mind
and now you're remembering your future
and vice versa the stronger you pay
attention to the feeling of the past
pain you're gonna create the pain in
this moment exactly so then so it
requires a coherent brain and we now
know that there's a formula for that and
we've got beautiful research to show
that people can do it they just have to
practice and it requires a coherent
heart because resentment frustration
impatience creates a very incoherent
heart and when that heart becomes
incoherent you stop trusting yourself
there's no energy that you get you stop
trusting in your future so then if
there's physical evidence in your brain
and body physical evidence to look like
the event has already occurred it's
quite possible you'll be thinking
neurologically within the circuits of
your future and you'll begin to feel
chemically within the boundaries of that
emotion of your future and how you think
and how you feel is your state of being
and now your state of being is living in
the future instead of the past now the
moment you disconnect from the emotion
of your future because of traffic or
some co-worker your ex or whatever
people come up with now you're back to
the energy of your past and now you're
gonna start looking for it we'll analyze
and why hasn't it happened well if
you're feeling the emotion of your
future why would you look for it because
you would feel like it already happened
and that is the place where the magic
happens so then you can't just do this
get up and then return back to your old
state of being you got to maintain that
modified state everybody loved it when I
promise well let me finish what you were
faced right now how do you make well of
course of course I mean we all take
blows in our lives and and we all react
emotionally but the question is how long
are you gonna be right right so then if
you can't
and regulate your emotional reactions
and those emotions linger for days and
some mirrors for some people mood and
then of a month's temperament years
personality trait so then the person's
personality is literally based on the
past but they don't know that because
they're doing it over and over again it
becomes a subconscious program so now if
requires a coherent brain and a coherent
heart then we have to train people how
to self-regulate so we've done thousands
and thousands of measurements we've
partnered with the heart math Institute
to teach people how to create and
sustain heart coherence how do we do it
well besides going to your workshop
what's a simplified version I'm sure it
takes more time than well it really
doesn't it really doesn't it just
requires getting still closing your eyes
putting your attention on your heart
changing your breath so that you move
into the present moment and when you
slow your breathing down you slow your
brainwaves down when you slow your
brainwaves down now you're accessing
your autonomic nervous system so then
you train a person how to open their
heart and feel an elevated emotion and
it takes a little practice and just like
a flower that takes time to bloom it
takes a little bit of time but if you
work and trading the resentment the
frustration or the impatience for
gratitude appreciation and thankfulness
and you keep at it
they'll come a moment where that system
switches on and now you're feeling
grateful for no reason at all that's
that's not a bad thing because gratitude
the emotional signature of gratitude
means something's happening to you
something has happened to you you're
receiving something or you just received
something so your body then when you're
feeling gratitude is in the perfect
state of receiving so then that means
then you'll accept believe and surrender
to the thoughts equal to the emotional
state of gratitude if you're living in
resentment you're living in fear you're
living in impatience you could say I'm
healthy I'm healthy I'm healthy and
wealthy and wealthy and with all you
want and that thoughts gonna stop right
at the brain stem and never make its way
to the body because the body is a
failure because why because you're
feeling resentment and that thought
isn't there
that thought is not consistent with the
emotion of resentment resentment has a
different set of thoughts right in other
words once you start opening your heart
it begins to move into coherence it
begins to produce a measurable magnetic
field up to three meters wide
now that's frequency that's energy and
all that energy that frequency carries
information carries an intent so then
when you're feeling gratitude and your
heart is open you're broadcasting energy
into the field now frequency frequency
you lay the intent of the thought of
your health or your wealth that
frequency can carry the thought of your
wealth it can carry the thought of your
health if you're suffering you can't the
suffering does not carry that energy
does not carry the thought of your
wealth
it carries a different set of thoughts
so then so then we're teaching people
how to self-regulate because if you're
gonna believe in that future that you're
imagining with all of your heart it'd
better be open and activated bribery and
you better know how to self-regulate and
you have to know the moment you
disconnect from the energy of your
future because of some circumstance in
your life and you lose that feeling if
you're practicing it on a daily basis
with your eyes closed then the next
level is to be able to open your eyes
and do it right in the moment and be
able to self-regulate and change the the
frustration from some experience in your
life back to the energy of your future
now that requires great awareness and
great effort but if you have a community
of people that are practicing this on a
daily basis and they're connected to
their future because that's where
they're in their mind is they begin to
want the future more than the emotions
of the past so we've done enough
measurements now Louis to know that we
can teach people how to do that and we
have evidence that people can sustain it
for 45 minutes to an hour it's a skill
now they know that they know how to do
it so now they have brain coherence and
heart coherence well once the heart
begins to become orderly and coherent it
acts as an amplifier and it drives an
energy to the brain so now the
is getting more energy once the heart is
open and then you're thinking different
set of thoughts and those thoughts
produce different chemicals for you to
feel more of that and here comes nitric
oxide from oxytocin and all of a sudden
your heart literally starts to swell it
literally begins to open up and there's
more energy going there and now you're
coming from a different level of minds
right so then what about what happens to
your immune system when you do that well
it turns out we've done an experiment
just ten minutes a day three times a day
with 120 people trading resentment
frustration fear for gratitude
appreciation and thankfulness measuring
their immune response the chemical
immunoglobulin a your primary defense
against bacteria and viruses the best
flu shot you'll ever get lives with an
innately within you turns out when
you're frustrated when you're impatient
when you're fearful the immune system
dials down because you're an emergency
it's not it's all your Energy's going
for some threat in your outer world
there's no energy in your inner world
for growth and repair but how do you
turn that around so then as people begin
to open their heart can that chemical
begin to to elevate for days fifty
percent change in the hundred and twenty
people they're there i J levels went up
fifty percent in four days that's your
body's immune system is now up
regulating genes that are making
proteins and amino globulin zinc and
antibodies that you don't need a flu
shot in other words your inner state is
greater than your outer world so then
just by doing that we now know that your
immune system is going to get stronger
by the same means take a hundred and
twenty people or 50 people and measure
seven thousand five hundred gene
regulations okay in four days two genes
that suppress cancer growth and tumors
are activated and upregulated the genes
that stimulate stem cells will go to
damaged tissues and repair them up
regulate the gene for oxidative balance

kidney failure all kinds of health
conditions come to a week-long event and
then at the end of that event they make
significant strides in getting beyond
the emotions of the past now think about
this the science says that the
environment signals the gene that's
epigenetics the end product of an
experience in the environment is an
emotion so as long as you're living by
the same emotion every single day you're
signaling the same gene in the same way
and if that gene is related to a
survival emotion a stress hormone then
you're down regulating the gene and
you're creating disease so when the
person trades that emotion and really
breaks free from the chains of their
path
and now they're feeling an elevated
emotion well now they're dialing down
the gene for MS and they're up
regulating the gene for health and
balance and so the person will you say
to them where's the disease well I'm not
the same person I'm not the stand and
the side effect of that is a
transformation in healing so the funny
thing about it is the person who has the
healing is not talking about the healing
whether it's blind people seeing deaf
people hearing hearing we have crazy
evidence now what they're talking about
is how amazing they feel because they're
refreshed they're there they've got a
new lease on life and so now we have
evidence in our research and that
silence is the critic this to show that
what's possible for people and now we
have evidence in testimony that we have
evidence where people will stand on the
stage and say hey I broke my back in
three places I haven't been able to
stand up straight I came into this event
hunched over I couldn't lay down and now
this guy is jumping around on the stage
he's laying on his back he's touching
his toes he's he's you can tell I mean
this is as you he's having this moment
we freed we changed somebody someone
with Parkinson's disease can't swallow
can't chew can't blow our nose can't
stand up one moment one moment the next
thing you know she's blowing her nose
chewing and swallowing we changed her
body we changed her life and we changed
her future and she doesn't look like a
movie star and she doesn't look like
she's a vegetarian and she doesn't look
like she's buffed she just looks like a
normal person
now the person in the audience who's
watching that and looking at this person
and seeing that they're no different
than them it just starts and allows them
to think if someone else can do it I can
do it so you see the person with a stage
four cancer that got that you know the
voodoo curse that they have three months
to live and now they have no evidence of
cancer in their body and they're
standing on the stage telling that story
and somebody in the audience is checking
her out going I have the same condition
and if she can do it I'm gonna step
right in that footprint I'm gonna do it
the way she did it and all of a sudden
you start seeing this change in the
community in a week
event because once there's a
breakthrough where I hate I mean it's
like a four-minute mile field you know
but it's not only in the field you're
seeing evidence in three-dimensional
reality and evidence is the loudest
voice right now and so people don't want
to see Talking Heads anybody can see it
on the Internet information is readily
available what they want to see is
evidence and so when you have evidence
in the scientific realm and then you
have evidence in it in a in a community
of people and you're not doing anything
that's so extreme that that that
excludes anybody it's inclusive and
we're using science as the contemporary
language of mysticism it is science
that's going to demystify the mystical
if I talk tradition culture religion any
of those things spiritual principles
people are gonna shut off you're gonna
divide an audience but science creates
community so so by building a scientific
model I don't subscribe to any type of
meditation because I look at the
evidence of what we've gathered in let's
see by applying this formula to what
extent can we prove to human beings how
powerful they really are in and I think
that that has become something that has
mystified me because when I see blind
people seeing in our workshops I have to
tell you that I'm more surprised than
anybody I'm standing up there shaking my
head and and we have we have great
evidence to skill one woman was she's a
nurse and one day she just wakes up and
she's got a blind spot in her eye she
can't see in the lower left hand
quadrant of of both eyes 6 o'clock to 9
o'clock because of that she's a nurse
she goes to see her colleagues they do a
scan stroke
I'm the optic nerve and now she's
legally blind she can't drive her car as
she runs her own company she can't run a
company she can't type she can't use the
computer she's compromised in a big way
now with a stroke you have two weeks
really that's the window and if nerve
cells are going to come back
line it's going to be those first two
weeks if they don't come back the
prognosis is live with it whether you
have paralysis or whatever that if a
stroke causes brain damage and usually
two to three weeks you don't see many
much change so they gave her the you
know the prognosis you have to learn to
accommodate and live with it and so she
she she wasn't satisfied with that
answer and she goes to one of her dear
friends who's a physician and the
physician says go check out the Spencer
guy and she says why don't you come with
me so they come to our event in Brighton
in the UK we gathered in the three weeks
or was this later
do you know oh no this is a year later
while this is a year later and so it's
supposed to be irreversible we have
point and so she comes to the event and
then she comes to the event for two
reasons to listen to us to learn how to
live with her handicap that's the extent
of what's possibly have no monies yeah
and and then create a non-profit to help
people those were her two things so
somewhere in the middle of the event or
would she it occurs to her that she
could actually possibly heal her eyes so
she goes for it she lays down after one
of the meditations we laid down at the
end and all of a sudden like in her head
she starts feeling this heat in this
crackling sensation now you have one of
two options when something like this
happens you get scared you get scared
it's the unknown you contract the brain
goes into high beta and you disk
something's wrong right right hurting so
yeah I'm having another stroke whatever
or you surrender and got into it yeah
you go in and she she let go and she had
the most incredible experience she laid
there for the longest time opened her
eyes and she said it was like the lights
came back on she said I can't see
completely we sent her for a scan the
Monday morning after that week-long
event the skin that had the left lower
quadrant on both eyes from 6 o'clock to
9 o'clock was black the post can there
isn't one blacks pile anywhere on on her
eyes now he'd already done a scan of
your prior yeah yeah yeah she had the
scan so uh well we'll give you that will
give you the evidence but but that
is not natural that's not normal but but
how do you explain that in a
conventional science I mean the truth is
is that we have incredibly powerful
innate qualities for regeneration and
healing once you hit that button so then
she stands in the audience and gives her
testimony other people are going to
begin to realize that they can heal from
a stroke and that's exactly what's
happening at collective consciousness
systems happen what is the the moment of
transformation for someone like that
like when is someone because I know that
healing can happen in an instant
so how what's the thing that triggers
that instant for someone to go from
disbelief to belief and it actually
transforming them the physical body
yeah we've studied this and there's no
linear correlation because think about
this that woman is a pragmatist she knew
nothing she nuts wasn't spiritual in any
way she just read my books and then
started practicing the meditations now
she was practicing those meditations for
months before the event because she
wanted to come and be fully prepared I
learned right so so from that from the
outside you see this one one at moment
but what you don't see is the number of
times she worked in overcoming herself
in getting beyond whoever she is in
getting into that place where she's far
enough outside familiar territory
neurologically chemically genetically
that all of a sudden she connects next
there's a she starts connecting to that
invisible field called the quantum field
and and you can't connect as your body
yeah there's nothing there's nothing
physical to connect to there you don't
have to get beyond all your associations
you know it's interesting I think I'm
gonna talk to you about this last time I
grew up in a religion called Christian
Science that talked a lot about this you
know it wasn't better than my mind that
I'm a spiritual being and then I can
never be physically hurt like there I'm
not a material body that there are no
accidents
the
there's no injury and it was always
embedded in my mind that I can never be
physically harmed all right I can be
instantly healed and so my entire
childhood I had all these incredible
healings quickly mm-hmm and I witnessed
it all the time from other people and
everyone was always like how is this
possible yeah so I don't know if this is
something I was practicing you know
great right different in a different way
as a child but it's it's always fun for
me to come back around now even though I
don't practice that that religion
necessarily anymore go to the church I
still believe the same share no
principles that I hear you talking about
it in a more scientific way it's a good
belief to have yeah and and you program
children like you program your children
that the body has an innate capacity to
heal yeah and and all of a sudden you're
less reliant on something outside of you
to make something go away inside
whatever it is shopping yeah video
gaming everybody's relying on their
outer world relationship to change their
inner state problem is is the moment you
start feeling emptiness or lack your
brain is gonna start to look for
something outside of you to take it away
the problem to the little hole right the
problem is is that normally the
stimulation that's created from those
outer things give the body a rush and so
the receptor sites in the cells we
calibrate so you need more the next time
to turn it on right so now talk you're
either new fancy car and it's fun for
the novelty wears off right and it's a
week and that's a day and that feeling
never goes away
and so the only way that feeling is
actually gonna go away is when you start
going inward right and so so we've seen
significant changes with people and and
having that belief yeah yeah should be
tested we should test our belief around
that and my lesson through all of this
is that I'm starting to realize how
conditioned we are into believing how
limited we are and as you start peeling
those layers away and you break through
those beliefs those self-limiting
thoughts and emotions on the other side
of that is where the miraculous happens
so you got to be willing to be in that
place of discomfort long enough to
reorganize order and begin to create
more coherence
and all of a sudden you get this
recalibration that goes on in the brain
and body and then the extent of that is
that the ultimate thing is you start to
see feedback in your life those
synchronicities those coincidences
you're scratching your head going
everything is falling into place yeah
I'm in the right place at the right I
think about just comes to me because
your energy is synchronized it's yeah
look I mean when you have coherence in
the brain and heart you have a laser of
energy and it could read information
much better you're living in stress and
your brain is shifting its attention
from one person to another problem to
another thing to another place to go
each one of those things there's an
assignment of neurological networks in
the brain so the arousal of the stress
hormones drives the brain into this high
frequency and you're trying to control
and predict everything in your life and
those your brain circuits are firing
like up like a lightning storm and the
clouds when your brain is incoherent
you're incoherent and and you can't you
don't have a signal your your novel
Wi-Fi sitting not connected to the field
how could you how could you connect the
energy and information if your signal
hasn't become orderly so that when
people synchronize their energy into
coherence they can synchronize to a
possibility in the future in the
synchronicities that our feedback from
the environment are just a reflection of
your energy and that's the universe
saying follow the breadcrumbs do it
again
follow it again do it again and now all
of a sudden the person's not waking in
the morning like oh I'm gonna meditate
now to create my future they're kind of
going like I'm getting out of bed
because I don't want the magic to end
right they want to they want to sustain
that state so that the old reality that
they've lived in begins to transform
into something new and because there's
no longer a vibrational match with
everyone and everything in their past
present reality there's a vibrational
match to their future and now their
future is starting to give them signals
you are what's more powerful than our
thoughts or our emotions and do our
emotions change our thoughts or do our
thoughts change our emotions
yeah the answer is yes the answer is
both
I mean thoughts to me produce an
electrical charge
the quantum field in feelings produce a
magnetic charge in the quantum field
thoughts
wait thoughts producer what an
electrical charge okay and feelings
produce a magnetic charge and how you
think and how you feel
broadcasts an electromagnetic signature
that influences every single atom in
your life the thought sends the signal
out I'll think about this and the
feeling draws the event back so you
could have the intent that you want
wealth you want health you want success
that's your intent that's your thought
but if you're waiting for the experience
to happen to feel it then you're not
drawing the experience to you because
you're not feeling the emotion right so
then teaching people once again how to
balance their thoughts and feelings
because you can you can enter that cycle
either place sometimes we do a
meditation we start opening our heart we
start elevating the body's energy and
then those emotions can drive certain
thoughts of your future other times you
open your awareness you create brain
coherence you have the vision of your
future you begin to emotionally
experience it however you want to jump
on that cycle and then sustain it
because the longer you're conscious of
that energy the more you're drawing your
future to you so then most people spend
their lives right they we live in this
realm called space-time
three-dimensional reality and you move
your body through space and
three-dimensional reality it takes time
yeah so everything all your goals all
your dreams all your visions you're
gonna have to get your body up and drag
it through space everyday to pay off
that you know that home that's in your
future right right when you create from
the field instead of from matter when
you're the vibrational match between
your energy and some potential and your
thoughts and feelings are coherent now
you are going to begin to collapse time
and space or the experience is going to
be drawn to you now now you're the
vortex to your destiny and now you don't
have to go anywhere to get it because
you're not playing by the rules of
three-dimensional reality you're playing
by the rules of energy in the quantum so
teaching people how to do this in
getting better at it then all of a
sudden they're not
forcing and controlling outcomes in fact
they're trusting and surrendering to
outcomes because they don't want to get
in the way because the moment you start
trying to predict when it's going to
happen or how it's gonna happen
you're overlaying a known over a place
where there should be an unknown right
so teaching people how to do that means
we have to lay down the very thing we
used our whole life to get what we want
for something greater to occur right and
so that transcendental moment is
something that we're working on the
mystifying and and you could be gluten
free person you could be a glutton full
person you could drink wine not drink
wine you could be rich you could be poor
you could be any color any shape any
size in fact you can't tell me you're
too old to do this work you can't tell
me that we got elders in this work that
we show you their brain scans and you'd
be blown away they they they know how to
do it you can't tell me you're too sick
to do this work we got people that have
reversed stage four cancer in numerous
times and yeah it took a Herculean
effort to do it but they love themselves
where you can't tell me that you're too
out of shape or too overweight or too
under weight you can't I've seen it all
shapes and sizes you can't even tell me
that you had a brutal past and people
that have had very very dismal pasts
that are free they're happy people you
can't even tell me you're you never
meditated before in fact our research
shows that many people have never
meditated before have the most profound
experiences because they're not trying
to make anything happen they're just
following the instructions right and and
they don't have a habit of doing it so
so we don't want to exclude anybody in
the process we want to include everybody
so it turns out that our events tend to
draw a good portion of men because of
the science we have a lot of children
now that are you know teenagers that are
coming and people in their 20s we have
great community of elders we have you
know in our events sometimes 63
different cultures well coming to
countries coming to our events between
50 and you know 65 so so we want it we
want to make it so inclusive that
community becomes the side effect
because
because with a community of like-minded
like like a similar energy of people
everybody understands they get one
another you know you you communities
tends to be the thing now that in terms
of our social medium and the feedback
we're getting everybody wants more
community because you get a you get a
thousand people in the audience and
their energy synchronized now you're
talking us something so much bigger
we're just gonna measure this I just
talked to a researcher yesterday we're
going to measure a thousand people when
they reach that synchronized moment when
they're we can we know that the entire
social coherence in the room is orderly
then if you're producing a ambience
coherent magnetic field in your heart
and you're tuning into a thought or an
intent and you got a thousand people
doing that and your energy is gonna
start interfering and commingling with
the person's next to you when that
Energy starts to synchronize it's gonna
produce a bigger wave higher the
amplitude the higher the wave the more
energy there is so now you have one mind
in one heart and now when it comes to
healing others and we've done the
research on this now and we're
collecting the data that we're teaching
people how to administer a change in
energy and the person that's laying
there because it's not matter that emits
a field that's the wrong way to think
about it it's the field that creates
matter you change the field you change
matter you know it's not yo
ur job to
change the tumor the tumor is the
illusion it's the pattern in the field
that's that that has to be changed so
once people start reversing this then
you start seeing the tumors disappearing
you start seeing blind people seeing
deaf people hearing you start seeing
people with Parkinson's disease switch
on I mean you start seeing stage four
cancer is reversing because now they're
you're you're you're swimming upstream
you're going to the headwaters and
making that change so pushing the
envelope and then seeing that in a
community when a community synchronized
towards the second half of a week-long
event I mean as I said before we started
the show I I'm more surprised than
anybody when we were
it's crazy what is the we talked about I
heard you say consciousness a couple of
times what's the difference between
mindset and consciousness to me
consciousness is awareness awareness is
paying attention and noticing and so 95%
of who we are by the time or thirty five
years old there's a set of unconscious
automatic programs that we've just
practiced so many times that we're not
consciously thinking about those so in
order for you to change to answer the
initial question that you asked the
first step is you got to become
conscious of your unconscious thoughts
and you got to look you got to start
looking at those hardwired thoughts that
that you think every day that it's just
circuits that have been fired and wired
together how do we do that should we
take write a list at the end of the day
or whatever the most common thoughts we
have that day like how does someone
become aware you don't have to do that
you just have to sit down close your
eyes and not move and then you'll get
you'll you'll start seeing what am I
thinking about right yeah and all you
want to do is observe the thought
because when you begin to observe that
thought you're no longer the program now
you're the consciousness observing the
program and you're starting to pull out
of the program but thinking about the
thinking yeah who's doing the thinking
of the thinking about the thinking
that's who you are when you're not the
program that's awareness right you got
to become aware of how you speak how you
act become so conscious so aware of it
that you won't go unconscious and let
that thought or that behavior run you
you got to say oh my god this feeling
that I've been living by for the last
twenty years is actually guilt I didn't
know it was guilt because it just feels
like me and all of a sudden as you start
becoming conscious of it you're
beginning to objectify your subjective
self you're you're pulling you out of
those programs and nobody likes to do
that because it's uncomfortable they'd
rather turn on their cell phone start
texting get on the internet you know
watch TV to distract them from that
moment and that is what they have to
move through in order to get to their to
their own personal freedom so the first
step is becoming conscious and
meditation means to become familiar with
to become conscious of to to become so
conscious of your unconscious self that
you won't
to any thought and a behavior or emotion
and get ready because it takes a
tremendous amount of energy to do that
and awareness to stay conscious and so
we fall from grace yeah fine you got it
you got your wake you got another day
let's go again how often do you fall oh
my gosh I mean how many times have I
done it thousands but I'm not gonna give
up because the moments in which I do
connect or the moments that I do have
that transcendental experience what
matters the most after it when I have
that transcendental moment I look back
at all of those difficult meditations
those difficult days and those are the
ones you remember you don't remember the
good meditations you remember the ones
where you came up against yourself and
you want to look further and you said
I'm gonna go will further and go little
further or you had a rough day and you
just went in and you just you at the end
of the day you surrender and you have
the classic oh my god moment there's no
linear correlation it's just whether
you're willing to live in creation
instead of living in survival and so you
get better at it
you know we just get better at it and
for me staying consciousness thing where
in staying present is an art because you
you know when someone's present with you
in your life because they're paying
attention to you you know when they're
not present with you because they're not
paying attention to you so imagine this
field of informations is this
intelligence that lives within you and I
that's governing everything material in
this world it's a self-organizing
intelligence you have access to it so
you better get present with it as well
as you can get present with anything
else and just because you can't see it
doesn't mean it doesn't exist it that
meant that realm you can't experience
with your senses you could only
experience with your awareness so then
people have to take their attention off
their bodies and go from uh somebody to
a nobody take their attention off the
people in their life and go from that
they identify with and go from uh
someone to a no one take their attention
off the things in their life their cell
phone their computer the car and go from
something to nothing take their
attention off where they sleep where
they work where they're sitting and go
from somewhere to nowhere
tension off the predictable future in
the familiar past in time and go from
some time to no time and now if you're
taking all of your attention off of
everything material in this
three-dimensional reality now there's
only one other thing that's left that
means you're an awareness your
consciousness and now that is the bridge
that is the door to the quantum field
and you can't enter the quantum field as
a somebody so if someone has spent their
whole life working on having the perfect
body or so much so they have so much
attention on their pain where you place
your attention is where you place your
energy it's going to take some work for
them to take all of their attention off
their body right because they'll go
they'll do it and then look go back
let's see if the pain still there all
the pain still there so it's a little
bit of a waltz in the beginning but as
people start applying this you start
getting better at it as an example we
have Bond University University and
Australia on the Gold Coast senior
researcher took a large majority of my
brain scans and they hadn't she had them
analyzed by her graduate students and
they statistically looked at everything
one of the most startling things for the
research team was our community's
ability to go to to get to that point
where there nobody no one no thing
nowhere no time I'm talking for seconds
I'm talking five seconds I'm talking
nine seconds just like just give me a
second I know how to do this they
they've practiced it enough times that
the creative moment is when you get
beyond yourself when you dissociate from
everything known in your material world
turns out when you do that and you start
changing your brain waves your brain
waves slow down into alpha and theta
you're suppressing the memory bank of
the known self that keeps you plugged
into three-dimensional reality when you
quiet down this mechanism now all of a
sudden you start connecting into that
field and when you can stay conscious in
those subconscious realms when you can
literally regulate and change brain
waves now you're in the operating system
where you can make those significant
changes so we now know that when people
apply the formula and they do that
properly now they're walking through
that door where they're ready to create
from in other words you can't create
from the known you can't create with
your body that's matter
to change matter and you can do it it's
just gonna take a long time but when you
create from the field instead of from
matter there's a whole different set of
dynamics that takes place and and why
not push that envelope to see okay if
we've done this we've done this is it
possible to do this as an example we do
these wonderful healing circles where
you see these dramatic instantaneous
changes so the person who's healed
themselves of some health condition when
it comes time to heal somebody else
that's they're gonna say well now I
understand the science I understand how
this all works I know how to get beyond
myself I know how to open my heart they
start piecing it all together let's take
the formula to the next level now they
witness a significant change in a
person's body in real time right there
so the next question is okay like this
happened many times as an example the
woman who was at the event in my arcus
pain her brother had a massive stroke
and in Colombia and she went back to
Colombia and he was in a coma for two
weeks and she called up the healing
circle and said hey can we do a healing
on my brother now if you're playing by
the rules of Newtonian physics
three-dimensional reality you're gonna
say well you need to be in front of the
guy in order to heal them but if you
understand that there's no separation in
the quantum that there's everything's
connected when you're in that place so
wouldn't that be the next application of
the formula so they go over the signs
they get it okay we don't need we just
need a picture of him and that's our
coordinate and if we're in the fields
over the frequency to that chord yeah
but but you're not sending it anywhere
because there's nowhere to send there's
no space and time there beckon you're
connecting to it exactly that's a great
great way to say it in one hour after
that coherence healing he comes back to
consciousness come on now that's the
extension of where we're going you see
now now now we're progressing a woman
who was in one one coherence healing
group is a pediatric nurse in in
Children's Hospital in Seattle and again
witnessed amazing miracle after our
event in Toronto
she comes back and there's a little they
call them friends there's a little guy
failing doctors hit him with the paddles
they use all the all the drugs to bring
them back and they walk out of the room
and they say we lost him she walks over
puts her hands right in the field and
this kid comes right back online doctors
are like what was that
and now so we have a lot of our interest
now is I want to get 50% one out of two
people were collecting the data in this
coherence healings when were 50% we're
gonna walk into a Children's Hospital we
have three children's hospitals right
now that are interested in us we'll show
them the data we'll show them the
results we'll say we don't want any
money we'll never even touch the kids
all we want to do is just change their
lives and when we're 50% we're gonna
start doing it in children's hospitals
and we're gathering the data right now
that's pretty cool
what else what else would we want to do
with it right you have kids
I do howdy kids my kids are in their 20s
yeah okay yeah they're all older and on
their way what do they think about this
work well my oldest son well first of
all my kids have grown up with this work
yes so you have to imagine like my
oldest son coming back to one of my
advanced workshops three years ago and
my friends saying hey is this your first
advanced workshop and he kind of glances
over out and says I've been in the
advanced workshop on a 25 years what are
you talking about so my oldest son is
one of my team leaders he's got a
master's in engineering he lives in
Denver in Boulder Colorado and the he's
a he's passionate about the work he met
his fiancee at my one of my workshops
and they're very very similar my
daughter lives in London as she's
getting her master's in art at the Royal
College of Art and Wow he's probably the
best creator I have ever met in my life
I mean she's just wired she knows how to
do it and my my Anna's son is goes who's
getting his degree in architecture at
Cal Poly and they're all at different
stations in their understanding but they
understand the principles and and I've
always said to them you know if you can
figure this out early on the rest of
your life
it's gonna be magic right yes you know
what to do and they're pretty wired for
it now and and I've really worked in
setting up conditions in their lives so
that they can apply these principles
from an early age and now that they're
older I think that they understand how
to do it yeah yeah I feel like a lot of
people are unhappy in relationships yeah
here's my theory there like a lot of
them are failing I don't want to so put
that as a general things there's a lot
of happy relationships as well but for
people that are mission driven how much
more challenging is it to have a
thriving relationship when you put your
life into ammunition no one hears that
here's the deal I will never work in a
relationship
I just won't if I'm working in a
relationship something's wrong and work
on me now I'll bring my best you bring
your best and we get together and we
sell it it should work it should work
and if it doesn't then I'm gonna step
back and see what is it about me not you
what is it about me that I need to
really look at and change now if there's
a vibrational match and it flows and
it's fun and you connect on physically
mentally mind body soul you know that's
cool I think that's healthy but a
mission-driven person can't be in a
relationship where you have to keep
going back and and and trying to fix
something I just I just won't do that I
just think that when when it's right
it's right
and I don't know yeah yeah so I think
that I do think that relationships can
be easy and I I do think a and I think
that they should be and I and I think
that if your heart centered that's a
different place you meet then then other
emotions and and I am again every time I
have a mystical moment and I feel that
transcendental love that I don't even
know the word for every time I have one
of those moments I think I got this all
wrong
it's just that it's it is not chemical
it's electric
you got what all wrong well the way we
view the world the way we present mean
we don't see things how they are we see
things how we are you know in every
inner experience that's trends and
dental experience enriches circuitry in
your brain experience produces emotion
or energy in the body so you start
having transcendental moments where you
start connecting to that field its
signature is love I mean but not love
like a love for your puppy it's this is
like this is like an arousal this is I
don't know other word but so layer to
arousal yeah and we have the we have the
evidence we can say oh watch this watch
this person's brain and scientists are
studying our work I'll say Oh watch
she's gonna pop in a few minutes what do
you mean just watch she's gonna pop and
all of a sudden this person goes into an
arousal the sympathetic nervous system
is so switched on but the arousal isn't
like an arousal that from the
environment that produces anger
aggression or fear anxiety or pain or
suffering that's survival in the
environment that produces the Rallo this
arousal is coming from energy in the
body that's moving up into the brain and
the arousal is bliss arousal is ecstasy
the arousal is freedom oh but it's it's
it's not chemical it's it's you'll feel
it in every single cell in your body now
here's the outcome of that the outcome
of that is that when you open your eyes
and some conditioning some layer has
been removed your spectrum of the way
the world looks and broadens now because
now you're wired to perceive what's
always existed but you didn't have the
circuits in place to perceive them so
then it's the inner experience that
literally trans transforms our
experience of the outer world and so
when you start having moments where you
hit that kind of frequency or you have
those moments of love you're less
dependent on anyone to bring you
happiness your your your okay you can
love the person for their flaws because
you can see a part of yourself you used
to be that you no longer aren't instead
of judgment you have compassion and you
can encourage and and and can
from from a level of connection instead
of intimidation or or competition or
however relationships work so so I'm I
do that I do think that it's energy and
vibration in the end and I think that in
our community at least people who have
relationships that are built from our
community tend to be more long-lasting
because they're more self-aware and so
there's no blame there's no excuses
there's no make wrong there's no
competition there's none of that there's
just this is who I am you know and I
think that the ultimate goal is when you
reach the point in your life when how
you appear to the world is who you
really are that level of transparency is
it takes no effort you can be yourself
and and you know people say to me wow
you're you're pretty approachable and I
say well god I work so hard every day
and overcoming myself in the morning
overcoming my ego why would I want to
build it up the next day because I got a
face that guy again tomorrow morning so
why not just keep you know you know
taking those edges and smoothing them
down so that so that you're you're less
unconscious to all of those programs
that are built in relationships what do
you think's gonna be your biggest
challenge over the next decade Wow we
get into 2020 into 2030 what'll be your
biggest personal challenge in the next
ten years we are like a living organism
I mean the company is just our community
is growing so large I think our biggest
challenge right now is finding venues
and logistics to be able to go to the
next level of being able to do it on a
larger scale without losing the efficacy
or without the intimacy the yeah yeah I
mean we and we we've done really great
Louis as a culture in in to responding
to the world's needs and and and I mean
we hit challenges all the time you know
in in I was just telling my staff and
I'm in a meeting look um we just can't
keep doing things the same way and you
can't ever do that again it's just it's
not a time that doing things the same
way isn't work so you got to be able to
grow you got to be able to learn
you gotta be able to kissed a
contemporary with all the new technology
and everything else and you gotta keep
bringing on a bigger team I mean I am
nothing I am nothing without my team
honestly I mean between my staff and my
team leaders and in our volunteers in
the way we do things it's a it's a it's
a it's a living organism everybody
everybody counts and for me when I have
a group of people where everybody leads
you know you see those school of fish or
the flock of birds all moving together
you study that phenomenon you think that
there's some leader that everybody's
following turns out there is no leader
everybody's leaving it's a bottom-up
phenomenon so you get a you get a really
greased team that really is heart
centered that really is has the intent
for the greatest good and it's not about
them it's about how they co-lead and I
think that that that helps me do one
thing really well and that is to focus
on the people in the audience instead of
everything else so we've been growing I
think for the last 15 years or more and
I think just our biggest challenge is to
be able to handle that growth I mean we
get I was just talking to my team they
were we get over seven eight thousand
emails month I mean with people with a
lot of health conditions a lot of
questions in support in one support and
so we're building infrastructure you
know we're building online ways to get
people engaged and and to be able to for
me to provide resources for people yeah
so we're I think the biggest challenge
would just is if I could I'm gonna stay
healthy but aside from staying healthy
is is just being able to handle the
growth yeah how do you know
57 my body's 50 spotter your mind is
what like 12 year old child I don't know
it's a hundred and twelve but the who
knows yeah right 57 man I hope I look
like that at 57 what do you think the
world humanities challenge will be over
than
decade as we enter 2020 back to the
principal Louis of just different
paradigms beginning to collapse
you know economically politically
socially environmentally religiously
education journalism the you know
medicine they they have to move into
chaos in chaos
is just unpredictable now we're working
yeah exactly but now here's the
challenge for Humanity you have one of
two ways to embrace the breakdown of
those those those paradigms you can face
them with anger and hostility and fear
and you are only contributing to more of
it we have to see that those breakdowns
are essential for something greater to
happen now
we can't wait for governments to take
care of us that's we can't wait for
medicine to give us a drug that's going
to heal us from a condition the truth is
with a greater level of consciousness
the change in awareness because of
information the greatest challenge we
have is those as those paradigms break
down is - no longer emotionally react in
the same way and be victims you can't
say this president this person this this
whatever is actually making me feel this
way and think this way basically you're
in the program that you're something
outside of you is controlling you how
you feel and how you think so then to
self-regulate then is to say how I think
and feel was going to change my outer
environment so then we're all faced with
great opportunities brilliantly
disguised as impossible situations and
we are at that point at that nexus point
in our evolution as a species so then
you don't try to fix that that's never
going to work what you do is you create
something better and then everybody just
naturally just leaves that and goes here
now it used to be some people would just
come here and the majority would stay
here because they're clinging to what
what they've been programmed or believed
in but now because of information
everybody's like that's
not gonna work I already know it's not
gonna work and I don't care what anybody
says this is working for me so people
are moving to new to new to new
applications to new paradigms because
it's working for them so as long as we
don't emotionally react to the breakdown
that's happening currently in the world
and chaos is just unpredictable order
you know as as as things move towards
disorder
the novelty that's being created is
literally chaos because the gnome and
everything's staying the same is order
but as you step out into that unknown
its then you're having the chaos is
unpredictable order being expressed
novelty and we have to be able to learn
how to take that disorder and what the
application of brain and heart coherence
create more order so you can't just say
hey I'm standing up for peace and you
know and being miserable with your
coworker you you you don't get to talk
about peace and so there's you you're
the you're the living prayer of peace
not just we know we know crime rates go
down and violence goes down when there's
peace projects and communities where
there's meditation on peace but when
those peace gathering projects and you
know you see that crime and violence and
everything returns back to the same
level so it's not enough to just think
it we've got to demonstrate it so if I'm
demonstrating peace and you're
demonstrating peace somebody else
because of mirror neurons is gonna go
wow that person is unpredictable wow
they're different it's given me
permission to do the same so I think
that ultimately moving into that state
of being you know as human beings and
and and creating unity that you know you
keep watching so many programs on
television that talk you into prejudice
that talk you into separation that talk
you into fear that talk you into
violence that talk you into war deceit
negativity you're you're not gonna trust
anybody in fact you're going to see
difference between you and me or anybody
because that's what separation does but
when your heart centered and you feel
connected you don't see the
any longer right you see something
transcendent um you see in essence right
and I think if you do that really well
that kind of emergence of a of a new
consciousness but that's less dependent
on on all of those outer things it's
really difficult to control and if you
want to control a community control
their emotions and control them in
survival when you overcome your emotions
you can see the hidden meaning behind
all things and when everybody's looking
this way you may be looking that way
because you understand look you've just
overcome your fear you just overcome
you're not still in anger you've
overcome the program of whatever it is I
swear to you you you are going to be
able to connect people and that that
then is the hope of the future that's
why I'm that's why I'm hopeful of the
future because I think that all of this
that's happening in a world right now
where more things are happening in a
shorter amount of time I mean if you're
alive in this world and you haven't been
experiencing the quickening I mean I
mean in you know I said to someone the
other day
the day where you end your day and feel
complete because you've finished all
your work you'll never have that didn't
you know there's always more emails and
more things the chest right so the
demand has has as pressed us into this
crazy realm of of multitasking and I
think that you start shifting where you
place your attention is where you place
your energy so if you're shifting your
attention all over the board your energy
is scattered yeah so then when you start
disconnecting from everybody your boss
your coworker you know the news your
cell phone your computer and you start
going this way I think it's into the
present moment then of where you place
your attention is where you place your
energy and you're truly in the present
moment you got a lot of energy to
execute gotta let our energy to use and
you want to be able to do that eyes open
your energy the less you have to focus
on pushing one thing forward
that's why people's dreams don't happen
because through scattered there's no
look look if you keep putting your
attention on some future experience that
you are imagining with your mind your
body is going to follow your mind right
because that's where your energy is but
if you're putting your attention on
everything known in your life the shower
the coffeemaker you know that's the
toilet and your body's following your
mind every day that it known but we want
your body to follow your mind to the
unknown right enough people get to doing
that and you could do better in creating
things in your life that we see this
wealthy people in our work that have
focused on wealth some of them living in
the backseat of their car
some of them bankrupt that now have
multi-million dollar companies what do
you think they want to do with that
money they want to give it away
get back let me tell you why not because
of any other reason is that they now
know that they could create more well
why why if your abundant why abundance
to me has changed abundance means I have
more than I need like way more than I
need so if I have way more than I need
and I know how to create it didn't take
it I'll create more of it so now you're
no longer holding on in scarcity you're
making a difference so wealthy people
that have created a lot of wealth in
this work they want to give back they
want to make a difference and I think
that that's how we're innately wired I
think we're all innately wired to care
for one another to make a difference in
the living organism our living organism
our community we heal one another that's
what we do right we inform one another
we encourage one another we support one
another we shine for one another not to
outshine another person to shine the
show them they can shine and that's that
to me is super healthy so then I'm
saying I'm applauding your success
because I want you to succeed because
you're telling me that if you can do it
I can do it so so there's no longer any
separation I think that's hopeful for
the world then you start celebrating
diversity then you're like wow you're
way different than me I want to I want
to study you because I want to bring
that into who I'm becoming yeah you
usually create a strong community that
way that's powerful where can we connect

event once once a month just about and
for people to come to a week-long they
have to do the online progressive which
is a weekend course that they can do it
in nine you know they can do it in nine
weeks or they can sit down and watch it
in one weekend doesn't matter to me but
that's the preparation to come the
practice you got it you got to get on
the skis and you got to go down a few
times before we start skiing all right
so so we've stopped doing the
progressives just because there's just
not enough time for me to do them any
longer so we would offer them as an
online course and then and then we have
the weak lungs but you know I'm still
doing conferences here and there around
the world but yeah my passion is the
week long and you've got books you have
an app yet that teaches the meditations
you know they're working on this great
app right now in fact I have a meeting
today when I Drive back to Santa Barbara
on on this app that we're creating
because we have a great app that keeps
everybody connected to the one where
they're in events but we want to have
all the meditations on there we want to
have all this all the things that we do
there yeah in the future yeah it's not
one who's wanting no not too far away
before the end of the year yeah cool
well you shared your three truths in the
last interview but I have a question for
you that I want to ask you and that is
if you had your final workshop one day
and this was gonna be the last workshop
you ever gave in front of as many people
that you wanted it to be just imagine
any type of workshop for you to give it
could be in front of millions of people
in front of you and it was your final 60
seconds after this week-long or three
week long workshop whatever you wanted
to be but you had your final CC sacks
before everyone had to leave and this
was the last workshop you would ever
give what would you share and deliver in
the final 60 seconds geez Lois let me
think about that no pressure
since you're so connected to your future
dreams I would probably say that I've
done my absolute best in disseminating
information to prove to people how
powerful they really are and I think
when we become the living example of
truth when we actually embody this that
there are no limits to what we can do
and I'm hopeful with human beings that
that we have this capacity and and of
course when we believe in ourselves we
believe in possibility and when we
believe in possibilities we believe in
ourselves and I think that is the
ultimate belief yeah strong it's a good
finish drop the mic why cock-blocking
this age wide knowledge you dr. Joe for
for constantly showing up you've been
doing the work for almost two decades
and obviously working on yourself for a
longer but for constantly showing up
with your mission with your heart to
serve all of us to give us tools clarity
peace so that we can bring our hearts to
the world and our gifts to the world and
manifest what we ultimately want just
more love more peace more harmony and
all these things so I acknowledge you
