Dear Sir,
With reference to the above-mentioned Tender, you are requested to attend a site visit and a
mid-tender meeting as follows:
Congregation Location : Lusail Theatre Room, LREDC Office Building,
Lusail City, Doha - Qatar
Date : Thursday, 1 October 2020
Site Visit & Presentation : 09:30 AM to 02:00 PM
Tenderer may designate no more than One (1) representative to attend on their behalf in
accordance with Clause IT.7 of the Instruction to Tenderers of the Tender Documents.

The Tenderer is advised to bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including
safety shoes, safety vest and strict compliance with COVID19 protections, rules, and
regulations measures.

All other details of the Tender shall remain unchanged.

The receipt of this Tender Bulletin shall be acknowledged in accordance with Clause IT.9 of
the Instruction to Tenderers of the Tender Documents.
