Click and Reveal Multiple Choice Question: - Let us create Click and Reveal Multiple Choice

Question .Here the user clicks option to reveal the correct action. If the answer is correct then it
proceeds to next question. If the answer is incorrect then it doesn’t proceed until right answer is
chosen.

Let us see the overview of the same now.

Insert Word art , Type the question and change the font and color

Insert a shape rectangle as place holder to reveal ( correct and incorrect options with icons)

Create copies of place holder rectangle

Insert icon/stickers for correct or incorrect option

Insert text box/ rectangle for correct / Try again options

Draw four more rectangles in same size and shape as Cover placeholders

This is used to cover the option placeholders and used to display options to click

Type the answers as text in Cover placeholders (Insects, Behaviour of human beings, etc)

Go to selection pane and change the name of Cover place holders and Option placeholders

Here cover place holder names are (A_Cover, W_Cover1, W_Cover2,W_Cover3) and Options
placeholder names are (Correct,TryAgain1, TryAgain2, TryAgain3)

Next step is to create animation and triggers in both cover and option placeholder

• Select option Placeholder . Select the ‘correct’ rectangle, go to insert tab click Action and
select hyperlink to next slide

• Next select all the cover placeholders and assign ‘Exit’ animation wipe from bottom and
select the same cover name as trigger for each cover

• Next we are going to cover incorrect option of cover placeholders when user clicks Tryagain
in Option placeholder

o Now select incorrect Cover placeholders add one more animation as entrance wipe from top

o Select option Placeholder. Select “ try again” Rectangle, and assign trigger with entrance
animation cover placeholders

Now, select the covers and place it over the option placeholders to cover the same.

Duplicate the slide to create another question . You can change the order of choices to suit your
question .
