EAC after alterations will still be the same at $70560 but the total duration of the project will be 561
days after the alterations

The changes in the activity dates has not impacted the total budget cost of the project but has extended
the total duration from 530 days to 561 days. According to management priority it is more acceptable to
add cost to the total project rather than delay it.

After the alterations it was proven that there was no impact on the total cost but rather an extension of
the duration of the project. Therefore, in consignment with management priorities i would suggest to
add extra teams to the project especially those performing critical tasks. This will increase the costs but
at the same time reduce the total duration
