EL‐SHADDAI Capital & Trade (Pty) Ltd, incorporated in Pretoria,

South Africa is a Company founded by its Executive chairman,
Sipho Edwin Khumalo, an oil industry and commodities expert
with 30 years of experience and industry knowledge.

We are international Traders of Petroleum products, including but

not limited to Aviation Kerosene Jet Fuel (JP54), Diesel Gasoil (D2),
Gasoline, Mazut and other refined products.

We have formed strategic partnerships with the backing of

refineries in South America and storage space globally.

Mr. Khumalo, a Businessman and founder of El‐Shaddai Import & Export (Pty) Ltd and share holder of Eirene
Africa Coal Group (Pty), is highly respected in the industry, honed his professional skills as an Executive with
Export, before forming El‐Shaddai.
He is the group chairman of SESR CAP SESR SOLUTIONS GROUP OF COMPANIES (PTY) Ltd.
He brings a vast Business network ranging from Infrastructure Development Projects, Mining, Logistics,
Project Management Portfolios and (DBSA) as the Projects development Vehicle including SADC REGION,
MR. SIPHO EDWIN KHUMALO
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER whereby he is highly connected.

Dr. Gindy is an international expert in investment/technology, partnership, outsourcing and market

penetration. With 16 years of business counseling, mediation, contracting, technical and financial
management of corporations/governments and financial institutions.
He has 33 years experience in these areas of experience and worked in more than 55 countries in various
capacities. He is fluent in 5 languages and well experienced to manage multi‐discipline international teams.

Dr. Thomas has more than 32 years of international petroleum trading experience in various capacities
at various players including his own company which operated from 1994.
He has delivered petroleum products to international clients in Far East, Australia, Europe, Middle East
and the USA. This includes trading crude & refined petroleum products, special gases and lubricants.

Jose Morao has 20 years experience as Inventory and Logistic Manager, General Manager, CEO,
Bussiness deveploment manager in some companies like Schlumberger, Sedco Forex, Saxon Services,
Legend Drilling, CNPC, Ensco Offshore, Sand Energy Consulting, Kampac Oil Ecuador, advisor in SSO and
advisor at SPS Mexico.
Jose managed the inventory process, consulting and run companies in Latin America operations, also
working as part of business development team to seek and evaluate business opportunities in Brazil
with OGX and Petrobras.

having confirmed TSA (Tank Storage Agreement) in
place.

and logistics company as customs clearing and

Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. is the Venezuelan state‐
owned oil and natural gas company. It has activities
in exploration, production, refining and exporting oil,
as well as exploration and production of natural gas.
