Dear Ms. Kemp:

This is in response to your letter appealing your suspension as a printing vendor. You are
immediately reinstated as an approved vendor. You will receive an order request on November
16, 2020. This means you will be City College’s exclusive vendor for our printing needs.

In order to continue receiving future jobs, the wage requirement and other requirements must be
adhered to by all our outside vendors. This gets around the 30 days or more of suspension- the
penalty - if there’s evidence of incompliance. Both companies’ employees experience an equal
start wage. You will be at ease knowing you are respecting local, state, and federal law.

As the exclusive vendor, you will serve all City college’s printing needs. This means your
product will be on display to 60 facility members and thousands of students. Your logo will be
on display in all our 20 printing rooms and 5 libraries. You will have access to our loading
facility. Your staff members can request additional help to unload boxes. Our staff promptly
informs when it is time for reorder. Payments are made upfront. Our in-house accountants handle
all the billing needs.

City college uses a fair method to evaluate our vendors. Contact me with any questions or
