From shiko dachi – keep supporting leg bent 1) Bring foot to chambered position. 2) Push foot out to low front kick. 3) Bring foot back to chambered position. 4) Lower foot back to stance position.

Ushiro Geri – back kick
From shiko dachi – keep supporting leg bent 1) Bring foot to chambered position. 2) Look over shoulder of kicking leg as you push foot back to low back kick. 3) Bring foot back to chambered position. 4) Lower foot back to stance position.
