This document explains how to obtain and enter your key code to enable your system with the capabilities you
purchased.

For help using software, start the application and press F1 on any screen. For more information about, go to

To obtain the KeyCode for your product, you need to enable this feature:

1. Record serial number of the received product: ___________________________

2. Go to http://support.polycom.com and use your email address and password to sign in. If you do not already have
an account, you need to create one.
3. Choose Licensing & Product Registration > Activation/Upgrade. Then select 'All other Polycom Products' on next pop-up.
4. Click SITE & Single Activation/Upgrade. In the Serial Number field, enter your serial number and click Next.
On the next page, enter the Polycom Software License listed above, and hit the Activate button.
5. Copy down the activation key or downlaod the the key file to your computer to activate your unit.

To enter the Key Code to your product:

1. Launch the RealPresence Desktop application.

2. Enter your email address and press "Next".
3. On the next screen. Click "Skip Sign-in"
4. When you see the trial software notification, click Activate.
5. Enter the software license number and the key code.
6. Click Activate.

Notes:
1. A license is not required if you are using RealPresence Desktop with a Polycom
management platform (CMA or RealPresence Resource Manager)
2. Use of the Software is subject to the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement.
3. Polycom reserves the right to audit your deployment to verify that you have sufficient
licenses to match the number of devices on which the software has been installed.
