ABSTRACT

In the context of the computerization of several tasks, the aim is to set up a payment control
system. In this initiative, our project entitled Design and Implementation of a payment control
application: Case of the ESTM, comes to make its contribution. It aims to improve the quality
of service, to allow the agents of the structure to check in real time the status of students.

The ESTM is indeed an institute of reference in the new technologies and thus is constantly
enrolled in this new global dynamic of digitization of the processes which would thus
contribute to the competitiveness of this structure

Our contribution consists in putting in place a mobile application for the control of student
payments that will be made available to the agents of the institution concerned. It will be
accessible from an Android smartphone with internet access. It will present the following
features:

1. Student status display (up to date, or not up to date)

2. The possibility for the student to make a complaint
3. The possibility of changing the status of a student

Through this platform, students' status will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and
constantly updated.

Our control system will be based on a QR code scan associated with a registration number.
All students and their status and registration number are hosted in a database. Depending on
the manipulations, state changes and probable complaints, the database is updated. This
upgrade assured the reliability of our platform.
