Disjoining the client from

To do this we have to open system properties and then click on change and then uncheck the domain
and check the Workgroup and type WORKGROUP in the box below.
Domain is disjoined and results can be see below.
Installation of DNS server.
For installing DNS first of all click add roll and feat
ure
Then click on role-based or feature-based installation and click next
Then click on role-based or feature-based installation and click next
After that select DNS server

And then click on NET. Framework 3.5 feature.


Now DNS Is installed

Give the domain to the window 10 client

Firstly, open the client. Run the sysdm.cpl in run option after that open the computer setting and click
on the domain and write domain name.

Now domain is created given below.


Installation of DHCP server.
Select DHCP server
Select NET. Framework 3.5 feature option
DHCP server is installed below.

Creating new scope


To create a new scope open DHCP manager.

Firstly, right click on ipv4 and click on new scope


Then enter the name
Enter the ip address
Scope is created
Performing Nslookup

Using nslookup command we will find hostname to do this open DNS manager and right click on
reverse lookup zones and create a new zone and now right click on new zone and create pointer for
server and client.
Now open command prompt and use nslookup command with ip address of server and then with
client server.
And after right clicking on IPv4 click on add new scope and add new scope. A new scope is created and
shown below:
Performing the backup using the DHCP server

to perform back right click on server and click on backup and select backup file and press OK
Scope is deleted and now click on server and then click on restore to restore the scope.

Scope has been restored as shown below:
