This is to formally engage your services as Consultant of Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc.,
under the following terms and conditions:

1. You will be seconded for a period of two (2) years effective on August 5, 2019 to August 5,
2021 upon the approval of your appropriate visa/permit.

2. You shall perform the duties and responsibilities appurtenant to the position of Consultant and
you will be responsible to develop business plans, growth and profitability target for new stores
in conjunction with operations department.

3. You will receive a monthly salary and allowances estimated at Php _______ while assigned in
the Philippines.

4. Your engagement may be terminated at any time for any violation of this agreement or if you
fail to meet the standards set for your position.

5. You will remain an employee of Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Indonesia and will return after the
assignment in the Philippines.
