OUTPUT
 The app/site must provide legitimate information of the
trainees.
 The site/app can be directed to Social networking options
such as email, facebook messenger, Google duo, Google
meet.
 Member statements are prepared and mailed.
 Accounts receivable summary transmission

INPUT
 The allied companies on the application must
provide a legitimate proof that they exist.
 The trainer and trainee’s information must be
strongly protected in a safe storage every time the
user prompt to give confidential information about
their identity.
 Capture of member preferences, activities and
history
PROCESS
 The user must provide legitimate information during
signing up.
 After logging in or signing up to the page or app, all
users must choose the field or subject they are into.
 During the session the trainers must take an activity
 documentation.
 After session the Trainees must provide a feedback
and rating of their session

PERFORMANCE
 The training session must not exceed 6hrs a day.
 The trainer’s information and schedule should be
displayed.
 Trainer's rating should be refreshing every day
 Subject or field should be specified
 The session must be held via online due to
pandemic.

CONTROL
 Login security at applications level
 Members must be added and changed by a staff
member
 The systems maintain different levels of security for
users
 There should be an audit trail of all sales, usage and
charge transactions
 Only managers can reinstate members who are past
due
