Informed approval regarding the presence for carrying out the research activity in the Faculty

of Chemistry during the public health crisis of 2020

This convention contains important information based on research activity face-to-face
in Faculty of Chemistry in context of working in a closed space, with beneficiaries with different
degrees of vulnerability.

READ WITH ATTENTION AND ANNOUNCE IF YOU HAVE MISUNDERSTANDING

1. Students will come to the Faculty if only they are healthy, without symptoms – fever,
intense cough, difficulty breathing, difficulty swallowing (checking the temperature
when leaving home would be recommended) and only if they have not been in contact
in the last 14 days with people suffering from SARS CoV2 infection.
2. Students won’t enter in Faculty accompanied by friends / relatives who do not
participate in research activities.
3. After entering in Faculty, students will go to bath to wash their hands.
4. In Laboratory and on the halls of Faculty, shall be maintained the physical distance of at
least 1.5 m between persons.
5. Students will keep the distance restrictions as long as they are inside the faculty,
remaining in the indicated areas.
6. During the research activity, students will wear a mask and will have wipes in case of
sneezing or runny nose.
7. Students shall immediately notify the faculty management and the research coordinator
if they have come into contact with a person who has tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 or
is in quarantine.

The responsibility of the Faculty of Chemistry in minimizing risks

The Faculty of Chemistry has taken all measures to reduce the risk in its premises -
precaution and social distancing, provision of disinfectant solutions, frequent disinfection of
frequently touched surfaces, ventilation of rooms, checking the temperature of all persons
entering laboratories, creating separate circuits for input or output, respectively.
