I had a failure when I couldn't keep my customer's orders when I was on business. Surely the customer's
trust has diminished because I can't finish everything on time. Everything I thought would help each
other but not for the time being. I realized that it was not absolutely my fault, because there was a
supplier who did not give me my stock even though I ordered it long ago. From this, I made changes in
terms of the business system that I made, I changed the flow chart of the production process to
minimize things like this from happening again. In the future, I will look for more business relationships,
so that when I have excess orders, someone will help my production process.
I have a business which I have 7 employees. Where they have different tasks for everyone, so there must
be orders that can make synergy with each other. The difficulty I face is when I invite people who need
work because they didn't have ability for them, but they need this job to fulfill the necessities of their
life. They don't have the ability to quickly understand the production process that I think. I want still to
help them I try to implement communication that makes them feel free to me, I try to create a family
environment so they don't feel pressured. The end result is that they can do the tasks that I gave even
though it is not as fast as I planned.
