During the Paleolith, much less rainfall was in the interior, and more on the sea and the mountains. Settlement systems consisted of a base camp and a hunting and processing station.
Human settlements are positioned on smaller elevations around river valleys. Series of deposited deductions accumulated in higher areas and steep slopes of late Pleistocene.
