Subject:- NOC FOR CHANGE OF CATEGORY

Respected Sir,

1. We are working under the name and style of M.S Technotrade and are registered with FBR since
15-07-2005 as Computer programming consultancy and Importer. Copy of online NTN/STRN Inquiry and
latest Order U/S 181 are attached.

2. Whereas FBRs online verification system is showing us just as Computer Programmer consultant
only, our other activity as Importer is not shown.

3. Upon our online inquiry we have been told that system will show only principal activity not all
activities, therefore it was further advised to contact LRO for change of Principal activity.

4. On our visit to LRO for the same it has been advised by the LRO staff to apply for NOC to change
the activity thru proper channel i.e. Commissioner Zone-II, RTO-II, Lahore.

5. You are therefore requested to issue NOC, enabling us to change our principal activity
accordingly.
