Answer:
The best place to locate the printer is right above the wireless router on the floor below so that no
packages as possibly lost if the communication is weak. We are able to connect the print to the
company’s network because it is an IP printer type, so it can communicate directly to the
network.
Another best place to locate the printer would be next to a computer on the same floor that has a
wireless connection with the floor below so that this computer can communicate with the
company’s network through it’s wireless connection and then communicate with the printer
through a cable connection RJ45. We are able to share the printer on the network because it is
 installed on the computer that is already on the network so we would just have to share the
printer on the network.

The components that could be bottlenecking are the Disk, Memory and CPU. Allocating more
of each component would be a solution.
