Direct Access, gives the subscriber direct access from the

office computer(s) into the SOS computer system. The

subscription is on a yearly basis, which begins in August.
If the customer doesn’t sign up until after the start date
we prorate the subscription fee to $425 per month with
renewal August 1. August 1 is renewal date for everyone
regardless of when they subscribe.

RACF-ID is a software token that gives the subscriber access

into our system. The fee is $100 per month or $1200 per
year. Some of the larger companies that contract with us
need multiple users with access to our system so companies
may have a dozen or more RACF-ID’S at a fee of $1200 per ID.

Subscription is on a yearly basis $5,000 per year (pro-rated

$425 per month)

To access any of the above they must go through our legal

department, a contract must be signed with the various
stipulations as to what can be done with the acquired data.

Certified List of Domestic & Foreign Corporations CD-ROM

$150.00 per yr
Once a year printing of any business corporation that is in
good standing at the time the list was run from the
corporation database. Information contained on the list
would be:
Corporation name and Corporate File Number
Name and Address of the registered agent(contact person)
Name and Address of President and Secretary.
The CD is just dead data loaded on a disk, you cannot do
labels, cannot search by county or city. It cannot be
manipulated.

Condominium List – CD-ROM

$150.00 Yr
Once a year printing of all Condominium Associations
Information contained on the list:
Corporation Name and File Number
Name and address of registered agent
Name and address of three officers from the Board of
Directors.
The CD is just dead data loaded on a disk, you cannot do
labels, cannot search by county or city. It cannot be
manipulated. (PLEASE STRESS THIS IF YOU TAKE AN ORDER)

Monthly list of New Corporations

$180.00 Yr will be prorated per month

There is not a complied list of Not For Profit Corporations.
