Forget My Password

For security reasons, if you enter the wrong password 5 times

continuously, the DVR will be locked and will automatically unlock after

half an hour.But if you forget your password, you have to consult the

seller to provide super password.

1. If the DVR is the version after the 11-22, 2016-11-22, and the

locked interface looks like this

Every locked the lock code is not the same, so need to provide the lock

code to us, we again according to the lock code to generate the

corresponding super password, such as the lock code is 29717186,

corresponding to be super password is 339973

After entering the corresponding password, click ok.

Click OK to restore to the factory default password, the default password

is empty.
2. If The DVR is the previous version of the 2016-11-22, and the

locked interface looks like this

To tell the time of DVR, we need to generate the super password

according to the time you provide, the super password will change every

day, for example, the super password of 2017-04-28 is UB6cj67312.The

super password of 2017-04-29 is 3XK8ta7929;

so you need to give us a screenshot of the entire interface with "system

login"
Enter the corresponding password (case sensitive) and click ok

Click OK to restore to the factory default password, the default password

is empty.
