Instructions:
1. Write your details (Name, enrollment no., programme, batch/session, date, course name and code) at
the top of the first page.
2. Total two long answer questions of ten (10) points each are given.
3. Answer any one question in maximum fifty minutes.
4. After completing the examination, write page number on the top right corner of each page in the format:
1/x, 2/x, ...., x/x where ‘x’ is the total number of pages used. If you have used total 6 pages then your page
numbers will be 1/6, 2/6,……….6/6.
5. Extra 10 minutes are given for IT related activities such as downloading questions, scanning of answer
sheets and uploading/emailing them.
6. The maximum limit to answer a question is 400-450 words.
7. At the start of the examination all the questions will be released through e-mail and/or WhatsApp.
8. After completing the examination within the stipulated time (fifty minutes), scan your answer sheets or
click pictures and submit it electronically in one single file (preferably PDF) through e-mail
(praveenkr@cusb.ac.in) strictly within stipulated time limit for submission (ONE hour). Before
submitting, rename your file and keep your name and enrolment number as file name.

1. Do you think that the Right to Education (RTE) Act, 2009 is a suitable case to explain the Advocacy
Coalition Framework approach in the of study public policy? Give reasons.
2. The Public Choice Approach stands against the very idea of a welfare state. Do you agree with the
statement? Give reasons.
