(Overcoming Stage fright)
Introduction

The instinct of fear is rooted in human


nature as a means of self-
preservation, but too often, men and
women allow themselves to be
overcome by fear as they face some
crises as emergency.
I. Realities of Diffidence (Stage fright)

C. Posture which is sloppy should be avoided
D. Practice in front of mirror with a tape recorder

by taking several deep breaths and exhale slowly

Conclusion

Audience fear can be overcome. If


you make up your mind to conquer
your fear, your task is fairly simple. No
unusual or extraordinary training is
required All that is necessary is a
determination combined with faith.
