B. Development of the Lesson

Dancing ball a game where two teams

try to hit the opposing team with a ball
thrown from 2 sides a point granted
with every hit of the opposing side

In every team there are 6 members

each ( 3 girls and 3 boys ) the
offensive and the defensive team

So first is the offensive team in the

offensive there are shooters which is
the one who hit the opposing team and
4 assistant offensive teams member
positioned behind the shooter to
recover the ball thrown by the shooter.
2 assistant are positioned behind each
shooter

Second the Defensive team in the

defensive team there are five(5) the
deflectors positioned in the middle of
the court trying to avert hit by the ball
thrown by the shooter and there is one
substitute for any team member

And there is two(2) referee one each

side to clear the unclear hit
One student raised a question, sir what
kind of ball do we use in these game
sir ?
Very good question the ball we used in
this game is made up of home made
paper ball wrap by scotch tape

So, rules of the game

Coin toss will decide who will be the

offensive or the defensive team

Teams will be playing a 30 minute

game with teams exchanging position
as offensive and defensive teams
every 5 minutes or until a team scores
5 points. There will be a 5 minute half
break

Offensive team will place 1 player each

on the shooter (5) position and
2players on Assist(A) position behind
the shooter

Shooters are only allowed to throw the

ball at defensive players behind the
line at the base of the triangle which is
the designated thrown area. Assist are
not allowed to throw the ball at the
deflectors

Defensive team will field 5 players in

the playing court as Deflectors.
Deflectors will try to avoid getting hit by
the offensive teams shooters until the
five minute expires.

Teams will be given 2 or 3 minutes

time out reach half of game play.
Substitution can only be done on dead
ball situations
