1 Spool Administration
Create / Change output device
SPAD > Devices /Servers > Output Devices > Display > Change > Create > Put the Output device name to be
created > Device Type > Select TWSAPWIN from list > Access Method > Select Access Method = F > Host Printer
= __DEFAULT > SAVE.

Create New Page Format(Have to do in development server)

SPAD > Full Administration > Device Types > Page Formats > Display > Change > Create > Put Page Format
Name started with Z, Put paper size and orientation as per screenshot.

Create New Format Type (Customized Format) - Have to do in development server

SPAD > Full Administration > Device Types > Format Types > Display >Change > Create > Put the format type
name to be created started with Z > Type = SAPScript > Select Orientation > Select Page Format >
Put comment and then save > While saving select package ZBBT and create new transport request.

Change type = Format Type for ABAP lists

Set Number of Rows & Columns like following screen

Next step is to include this Format Type into DEVICE Type TWSAPWIN.
SPAD > Full administration > Device Type > Device Types > Select TWSAPWIN > Chose (F2)
Format ( List of Implemented formats (F6)) > Create (Shift + F1) > Select the format you created

Copy Format (F5)

Put from and to > Copy reference > Make sure 4 actions are become Green > SAVE.
For Changing Font Size, Line Spacing…
SPAD > Full administration > Device Type > Device Types> Display > Select TWSAPWIN > Chose

(F2)>Formats>Then Select the format type (like Z_R60_C160)> > Double click on ‘Printer initialization’ –
