Scope of the Proposed Project

Title of the project:

Alternate design / mock design for the Ocean Front Condominiums, Galle.

Brief description of the project:

Ocean Front Condominiums is a luxury apartment complex of a 16-story building. It is designed to

accommodate 101 number of apartments located on 15 floors, and the expected project completion is
2020. The construction is still underway, and with our project, we are planning to prepare an alternative
design to the entire apartment complex.

1. Architectural design
Architectural designs of the apartment complex are available, but we are planning to redesign
the architectural design for our project.
2. Structural design
Structural designs of the of the apartment complex are available, but we are planning to
redesign the structural design for our project.
3. Geotechnical design
Geotechnical data of the construction site are available, and that data will be considered for the
designing of the building structure.
4. Hydraulic design

According to the alternative design prepared by us, the building services will be designed.
