This week-long capacity building activity for teaching personnel aims to: a. provide avenue for teachers’ reskilling and upskilling; b, demonstrate understanding of the interim guidelines for assessment and grading in light of the basic education learning continuity plan; ¢. display awareness and practices on the learning delivery modalities (LDM) implemented through showcase of required outputs; and . foster commitment and dedication as agents of change in the era of LDMs. 3. The program design is to be implemented virtually for both division and district/school levels. The first four days of the INSET is division-led while the remaining two days is intended for district/school-led career development activities based on the consolidated individual professional development plans. In cases wherein online platform is a challenge, school heads are advised to ensure that strict observance of IATF guidelines for blended or face-to-face activity is adhered to. 4 Proponents in the district/school-initiated training are advised to submit a comprehensive Project Proposal with attached Program Design and other required documents prior to the conduct of the activity. 5. __ All the members of the training team are advised to attend a virtual planning conference on December 10, 2020 at 1:00 in the afternoon.
