Me : Now, i want the needle to be bevel side up,

Right here i'm going to hold just a little bit of traction on that vein while we
puncture it.

Me : the tube is full, so i want to release the Torniquet in your arm.

Then i pull out needle and cover up the spot with cotton ball.

Okay, the procedure is over

Then the blood will be processed and the results will come out in about 1 hour.
