You will be asked to enter your S number and your


password. If entered correctly, the portal window will open,
asking you to establish your own, personal password. It will
show you a set of tabs to use for various purposes. To set
up your email account, click on the Welcome tab and
follow the directions shown here to activate your email.

After you’ve activated your account, should you forget


your “S” number, you can complete an online
form to request your number once again. You will
need to open the Access portal as usual and then click on
the “I don’t know my S#” link and you will be asked to
complete this form which asks for your birthdate and the
last four digits of your social security number.

How to read this metrix: If you have an 8:00 am class on MWF, your final exam would be on Wednesday starting at 7:30
am. If you have a 12:00 class on TR, your final exam would be on Friday starting at 1:00 pm.

This Final Exam Schedule is provided for your reference, to be used during finals week, December 13-16, 2011. Your
instructors wil provide further explanation to you as finals week approaches. For classes normally held TR 3:00/3:30 and TR
4:00/4:30, instructor will arrange class exams. Daily B Term classes should follow the MWF test schedule for the respective
class time. NJC online and hybrid classes should schedule their exams during the four day final exam period.
