THE IMPACTS OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE ON INDONESIAN ECONOMY

In my opinion, increasing international trade which is considered very important to continue

globalization is a true statement, because international trade represents a significant part of gross
domestic product. In addition, with international trade each country can exchange capital, goods and
services in forms of exports and imports.

Even though international trade is considered beneficial,but every country including

indonesia must pay attention to the negative effects of international trade. For example,with the rise
of ezport and import of service goods, it will encourage people to become consumptive,low-quality
natural resources,the market for domestic products is limited.

The Indonesian state in particular must have a good financial management system, improve
local products,increase human resources for the amount of exports and trade in balanced
international trade. If the state doesn’t do these things it will increase the country’s debt.
