My car, Tata Safari Storm was sent to your workshop for work on December 27
2019. At the direction of your representative, I signed a BLANK CLAIM FORM.

I was informed that the amount of my claim was to be to the tune of Rs. 2 lakhs.

You promised to return my car in 2 weeks after due repairs and work. And you
promised to update me on the status of said work two days later, which is
December 29, 2019

Despite waiting patiently, there was ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE from your


side on the status of my car’s pending work.

I was forced to initiate contact with the insurance company DIRECTLY on


December 30 2019, and they informed me of the name of the surveyor assigned
to my case.
I subsequently, at my own behest, informed your office of the name of the
surveyor who was assigned to my case, and you rudely told me NOT TO
CONTACT YOU AGAIN FOR 4 DAYS , and that my car will be delivered at the end
of the period of 4 days.

To my utter shock and disappointment, on enquiring 6 days later on 5th


January 2020, I was informed that EVEN THE PARTS TO BE INSTALLED IN MY
CAR HAD NOT BEEN ORDERED.

On 11th January 2020, I enquired again and I was infuriated when I was told that
STILL THE PARTS HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED.

This is gross dereliction of duty and malafide deficiency in service on your part.
This unprofessional and deceitful behavior is not expected from a company of
your repute and standing.

The entire process was to be wound up in a period of 2 weeks. 2 weeks have


since elapsed and the process HAS NOT EVEN STARTED YET.

As a consumer I have lost all faith in your company. I now realize how big
corporations like yours can bring down the customers to their knees, begging,
and still do NOTHING to redress their grievances.
