Smile and showing micro spot that should be cleaned is already offence for ship's crew. But on other side - painting the tank top is crasy as hell. Another story, that nobody took a look inside bilges ( maybe later but have doubts). another story - no body took a look for rubber packing and man hole cover packing ( answers that only hold inspection carried out is doubtful). But in general surveyor checked the required places, advised crew for quicke improvements. But the same time - WE ALL KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS FROM SHIPPER IF CARGO IS NOT READY AND VESSEL IS ALREADY HERE. Give more video for survey - Good job and good approach.
