intefere to start trial with new version.

- Needlessly they put PhotoLab Essentil setup into Nik Colelction now, don't
install it.

- Extract crack.rar file and open the extracted folder

- Replace all patched incl. SAL and plugins for PS. (copy all folders and paste
them in C:\Program Files\DxO\Nik Collection)

- Tested plugins with CC 2019, I don't know about backwards compatibility.

- At first launch, choose I don't want to send my usage stats.
