वृि का ाही िश ु/ वै ािनक सहायक (एसटी/एसए)- अिभयांि की म िड ोमा धारक / िव ान ातक के मामलों म उपरो भ े केवल सफलतापूवक आमेलन एवं
वै ािनक सहायक के प म िनयु होने के उपरांत ही यो होंगे|

Stipendiary Trainee/Scientific Assistants (ST/SA)- Diploma Holder in Engineering / Science Graduate, these allowances will be applicable only
after successful absorption and appointment as Scientific Assistant.
5. िश ण की अविध Period of Training

ातक के पद हेतु िश ण की अविध 1½ वष (18 माह) होगी|
The period of training for the post of Category-I Stipendiary Trainees/Scientific Assistant (ST/SA) – Diploma Holders in Engineering &
Category-I Stipendiary Trainees/Scientific Assistant (ST/SA) – Science Graduates will be 1½ years (18 months).
6. ेणी-I वृि का ाही िश ु ारा वहन िकए जाने वाले बांड का िववरण

ातक हेतु चयिनत अ िथयों को िश ण काय म आर होने से पूव एक बांड िन ािदत करना होगा| िन ािदत िकए जाने वाले बांड की अविध िश ण अविध के
तीन गुना होगी िजसकी ूनतम अविध 2 वष एवं अिधकतम अविध 5 वष होगी| बांड का उ ंघन करने की थित म, वापस भुगतान िकए जाने वाली रािश ा वृि का
एवं वा वम ा पु क रािश के समतु होगी |
Candidates selected for Category-I Stipendiary Trainees/Scientific Assistant (ST/SA) – Diploma Holders in Engineering & Category-I
Stipendiary Trainees/Scientific Assistant (ST/SA) – Science Graduates will have to execute a Bond prior to induction in Traineeship
programme. The Bond to be executed will be 3 times of training period subject to minimum of 2 years and maximum of 5 years. In the
event of breach of Bond, the amount repayable will be equivalent to the Stipend plus Book Allowance actually received.

The number of candidates shortlisted for Personal Interview would depend upon the number of candidates qualifying for Personal

Stage-1 – Preliminary Test: It will be a screening examination to be held to shortlist candidates. The format of screening examination
shall be common and will be in following format:

काय हण करने के िनधा रत समय के अं दर काय हण न करने के कारण पद र हो जाता है या अ थ उ पद का काय हण कर ले ता है और
काय हण की तारीख से एक वष के अं दर ाग प दे दे ता है या उसकी मृ ु हो जाती है ऐसी थित म उस समय तक कोई नया पेनल उपल नही ं है ,
तब ती ा सू ची भावी होगी| तथािप, ित ा सू ची एक वष से अिधक समय तक या ऐसी भत की अिधसूचना के प ात, जो भी पहले हो भावी होगी|
A wait list containing equal number of candidates as in the select main list shall be prepared and operated only in the event of
occurrence of a vacancy caused by non-joining of the candidate from the select list within the stipulated time allowed for joining the post
or where a candidate joins the post but resigns or dies within a period of one year from the date of joining, if a fresh panel is not
available by that time. Wait list however, will not be operated beyond one year or after notification of such recruitment, whichever is
earlier.

12. बचमाक िन:श जन के िलए सामा य दशािनदश Guidelines for Persons with Benchmarks Disabilities
1. ि बािधत अ थ एवं ऐसे अ थ िजनकी ले खन गित थायी प से िकसी भी कारण से ितकूलतः भािवत है वे परी ा म यं के खच पर अपने
ु तले खक का योग अधोिल खत सीमाओं के तहत कर सकते ह | ऐसे सभी मामलों म जहाँ ुतले खक का उपयोग िकया जाता है , िन िल खत िनयम लागू
होंगे:
The visually impaired candidates and candidates whose writing speed is adversely affected permanently for any reason can use their own
scribe at their cost during the examination, subject to limits as mentioned below. In all such cases where a scribe is used, the following rules
will apply:
a. अ थ ु तले खक की सहायता ले सकते है |

The candidate may avail assistance of scribe.
b. अ थ ारा लाया गया ुतले खक परी ा म अ थ नहीं होना चािहए|
The scribe arranged by the candidate should not be a candidate for the examination.
c. यिद पूरी ि या के िकसी भी र पर उ िनयमों म उ ं घन पाया जाता है तो परी ा के िलए अ थ एवं ुत ले खक दोनों की अ िथता िनर की
जा सकती है |
If violation of the above is detected at any stage of the process, candidature for Exam of both the candidates and the scribe will be
cancelled.
d. एक अ थ का ुतले खक िकसी अ अ थ का ुतले खक नही ं हो सकता|
A person acting as a scribe for one candidate cannot be a scribe for another candidate.
e. पद के िलए िनधा रत शै िणक ान शाखा से िभ ान शाखा से ुतले खक होना चािहए|
The scribe should be from an academic stream different from the stream prescribed for the post.
f. अ िथयों एवं ुतले खक दोनों को ही यह पु ि करते ए एक समु िचत घोषणा करनी होगी िक वह उपयु उ खत ु तले खक हे तु अनु बंिधत मानदं ड
पू ण करता है | इसके बाद म यिद यह कट होता है िक उ ोंने िनधा रत पा ता मापदं डों को पूण नही ं िकया है अथवा मह पू ण त ों को िछपाया है तो
आवेदक की अ िथता िनर मानी जाएगी चाहे िल खत परी ा का प रणाम कुछ भी रहा हो |
Both the candidates as well as scribe will have to give a suitable undertaking confirming that the scribe fulfils all the stipulated eligibility
criteria for a scribe as mentioned above. Further, in case, later it transpires that he/she did not fulfil any laid down eligibility criteria or
suppressed material facts, the candidature of the applicant will stand cancelled, irrespective of the result of the written examination.
g. अ थ ु तले खक का इ ेमाल कर रहे ह वे परी ा म ेक घं टे के िलए 20 िमनट अथवा परामशानु सार ितपूरक समय के िलए पा होंगे|
Candidates using a scribe shall be eligible for compensatory time of 20 minutes for every hour of the examination or as otherwise

All the PWBD candidates may be allowed compensatory time of minimum 20 minutes for every 1 hour or as otherwise advised.

Visually Impaired candidates (who suffer from not less than 40% of disability) may opt to view the contents of the test in magnified print.
4. जो अ थ परी ा म ुतले खक की सेवाओं का योग करते ह उ परी ा की साम ी को आवधक फॉ म दे खने की सुिवधा उपल नही ं कराई जाएगी|
The facility of viewing the contents of the test in magnifying font will not be available to Visually Impaired candidates who use the services
of a Scribe for the examination.

Candidates are advised to have a valid and active personal e-mail ID & mobile number till the completion of recruitment process. No
change in the email-id and mobile number will be allowed once registered. NPCIL will send intimation / Admit Card for Written
Examination etc. only through the registered email and SMS will also be sent to the mobile number given by the candidate. If the
mobile number registered by the candidate is in the TRAI NCPR list (formerly called DND), candidate will not receive SMS alerts

The cut-off date for reckoning Age Limit, Qualification and Post Qualification Experience would be closing date prescribed for filling
online application i.e. 24/11/2020. The cut-off date for determining all eligibility criteria i.e. 24/11/2020 would remain same even if the
closing date for submission of online application is extended for administrative / technical reasons.

Wherever Post Qualification experience is prescribed, it will be calculated only after passing the prescribed professional qualification.
Candidate should indicate exact post qualification experience in Years & Months e.g. 2 Years 11 Months only and the same should not
be rounded off to 3 years. The date will be calculated from the date of issuance of final mark sheet / certificate.

Candidates are required to produce relevant certificate from the Principal / Dean of the Institute in support of approval / recognition
of the Institute & Course by AICTE/UGC at the time of document verification.
12. CGPA णाली के तहत ेड ा करने वाले अ थ द ावेज स ापन के समय िव िव ालय / सं था ारा जारी माण िजसम CGPA ेड को समुिचत
ितशतता म दशाया गया हो, ुत करना होगा|
Candidates who are awarded Gradations under the CGPA system are required to produce proof issued by the University / Institute
converting the CGPA Gradations into appropriate percentage at the time of document verification.

कर दी जाएगी एवं यिद िनयु कर िदया गया है तो िबना िकसी नोिटस या ितपूित के उसकी सेवा समा कर दी जाएगी|
Before submitting the online application, the candidate must ensure that he/she fulfil all the eligibility criteria with respect to age,
educational qualifications, work experience and other requirements as published in the online advertisement. If the candidate is not
eligible, his / her candidature will be cancelled at any stage of the recruitment. If the candidate qualifies in the selection process and
subsequently, it is found that he/she does not fulfil the eligibility criteria, his/her candidature will be cancelled and if appointed, services
so obtained will be terminated without any notice or compensation.

Online applications containing incorrect / misleading information leading to eligibility will lead to the candidate being disqualified, as
and when detected, irrespective of the stage of selection process and will also lead to dismissal from services of the NPCIL, on its
detection at any time after appointment. NPCIL will not entertain any correspondence from these candidates.

All candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category shall produce self-attested copy of the caste certificate in the prescribed 'Central
Government' format from the Competent Authority empowered to issue such certificate along with originals for verification at the
time of documents verification. OBC certificate shall be of a recent date with suitable mention about creamy layer / Non – Creamy
layer status. (OBC candidates with certificate having the "Non-Creamy Layer Clause" only will be eligible for reservation as per
Government of India guidelines).

कारण बताए तुरंत समा कर दी जाएं गी तथा अ थ के िव ऐसे जाली/अस माण प ुत करने के िलए भारतीय दं ड संिहता के ावधानों के अंतगत
आगे की कारवाई भी की जा सकती है |
All the candidates belonging to EWS category have to produce an Income and Assets Certificate issued by a Competent
Authority in the prescribed format. “Appointment if any, shall be provisional and subject to the Income and asset certificate
being verified through the proper channels and if the verification reveals that the claim to belong to EWS is fake/false the
services will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may
be taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of fake/false certificate”.
18. अ िथयों की िनयु जाित माणप के उिचत मा म से स ापन एवं माणप ों के स ापन होने तक अनंितम रहेगी| यिद उपयु स ापन म पता चलता
है िक अ थ ारा ुत अजा./अजजा/अिपव/ बेिनज / ईड ए ू स ेणी का होने का दावा एवं अ माणप अस ह तो उसकी सेवाएँ िबना कोई कारण
बताए तुरंत समा कर दी जाएं गी| एनपीसीआईएल के पास अ थ के िव ऐसे अस माण प ुत करने के िलए आगे यथोिचत कारवाई करने का
अिधकार सुरि त है|
The candidate's appointment will remain provisional subject to caste certificate being verified through proper channel and
verification of testimonials. The candidate's services will be liable to be terminated forthwith without assigning any reason in case the
above verification reveals that his/her claim for belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWBD/EWS category and other testimonials is found false.
NPCIL also reserves its right to take such further action against the candidate, as it may deem proper, for production of such false
certificates and testimonials.

रयायत, उपदान, िचिक ा सुिवधा, िवभागीय आवास आिद के िलए पा होंगे।
In addition to Pay in Pay Matrix, successful candidates on appointment will be eligible for applicable Central Dearness Allowance and
other benefits of the Corporation provided from time to time such as Leave Travel Concession, Gratuity, Medical Facility,
Departmental Accommodation etc.
20. यिद अनुसूिचत जाित/जनजाित/अिपव (नॉन ीमी लेयर)/ईड ूएस/पीड ूबीडी का माणप अं ेजी/िहंदी के अित र िकसी अ भाषा म जारी िकया

If the SC / ST / OBC (Non Creamy Layer) / EWS / PwBD certificate has been issued in a language other than English / Hindi,
the candidate will be required to submit a self certified translated copy of the same either in English or Hindi.

The minimum disability in case of PWBD candidates is 40%. Sub-category of disability, i.e. Visually Handicapped (VH), Hearing
Impaired (HH) and Orthopedically Handicapped (OH) is to be indicated. The PWBD candidates shall possess a Certificate to this
effect issued by the Board/countersigned by the Medical Superintendent/Chief Medical Officer/Head of Hospital of Government.

The Hearing Impaired candidates are allowed to use Hearing Aids and the device should be arranged on their own.

All the prescribed essential qualifications should be of full time, regular and from recognised University/Institution; otherwise such
qualification will not be considered.
24. अिधक अहता: जहां तक यो ता मापदं डों का संबध
ं है, भत के िलए िनधा रत ूनतम यो ता की पूित होनी चािहए | ूनतम यो ता के बाद एवं उससे ऊपर

Over-Qualification: As regards the qualification criteria, minimum qualification prescribed for recruitment has to be fulfilled. Any
other qualification including higher qualification over and above the minimum qualification will not disqualify the candidate to

26. मोबाइल फोन, इले ािनक कलाई घड़ी, कलाई घड़ी फोन, म ीमीिडया घिड़याँ, पेजस, कैलकुलेटर, पेन ै नर या ऐसे कोई अ इले ािनक उपकरण को
परी ा हॉल के भीतर ले जाने की अनुमित नही ं है| इन िनदशों का िकसी भी कार से उ ंघन करने पर उनकी अ िथता िनर कर दी जाएगी|
Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, electronic wrist watches, wrist watch phones, multimedia watches, pagers, calculator, pen
scanners or any other such electronic devices are not permitted inside the premises of Examination Hall. Any infringement of these
instructions shall entail cancellation of their Candidature.
27. ऐसे अ थ जो क /रा सरकार, एनपीसीआईएल सिहत क /रा सरकार के अधीन सावजिनक े के उप मों, ाय िनकायों, अनुदान ा सं थानों म
कायरत ह, उ अपने वतमान िनयो ा का अनापि माणप ुत करना अपेि त होगा, ऐसा न करने पर उनकी अ िथता ीकार नही ं की जाएगी| ऐसे
अ थ वतमान िनयो ा का अनापि माण प अव लाएं , इसके िबना उ िल खत परी ा/कौशल परी ा म बैठने की अनुमित नही ं दी जाएगी।
Candidates working in the Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings of Central/State Government (including NPCIL),
Autonomous Bodies, Aided Institutions are required to produce NOC from the present employer failing which their candidature will
not be accepted. Such candidates must bring NOC from the present employer without which they will not be allowed to appear in
the written examination / skill test.

The final selection of the candidate in the Corporation will be subject to medically fit certification by the prescribed authority,
verification of Character & Antecedents (C&A) and Special Security Questionnaire (SSQ), verification of Caste Certificates, EWSs
Certificate & PWBD certificate.
29. िल खत परी ा/कौशल परी ा के िलए बाहर से बुलाए गए अनुसूिचत जाित/अनुसूिचत जनजाित के अ िथयों को आने-जाने का ि तीय ेणी रे ल िकराए अथवा
सामा बस िकराए की िनयमानुसार ितपूित की जाएगी। तथािप अनुसूिचत जाित/अनुसूिचत जनजाित के ऐसे अ थ जो क /रा सरकार, क /रा के
िनगमों, सावजिनक े के उप मों, थानीय सरकार के सं थानों एवं पंचायतों म सेवारत ह, उ या ा भ े का भुगतान नही ं िकया जाएगा।
Outstation candidates of SC/ST category called for written examination/skill test shall be reimbursed to and fro IInd Class Rail or
ordinary Bus fare as per rules. However, SC/ST candidates those who are already in service of Central/State Government,
Central/State Corporations, PSUs, Local Government Institutions and Panchayats, shall not be paid travelling allowance.
30. यो ता मापदं ड पूरा नही ं करने वाले अथवा जाित माण-प , या ा िटकट आिद द ावेज ुत नही ं करने वाले अ िथयों को िल खत परी ा/कौशल परी ा म
भाग लेने के िलए या ा य की ितपूित नही ं की जाएगी|
Travelling expenditure shall not be reimbursed to candidates for attending written examination/ skill test, if they do not fulfil the
eligibility criteria or do not produce documents like Caste Certificate, journey tickets etc.
31. एनपीसीआईएल के पास यह अिधकार सुरि त है िक िनयु के िलए उपयु अ थ नही ं पाए जाने पर वह िकसी भी अ थ का चयन नही ं करे गा।
NPCIL reserves the right not to select any of candidate(s) for the advertised post if suitable candidate is not found.
32. पद के िलए वांिछत यो ता पूरी करने वाले अ थ ही आवेदन करने के िलए पा ह|
Candidates possessing requisite qualification for the post are only eligible to apply.
33. अंितम वष/अंितम सेमे र की परी ा म भाग ले रह या परी ा प रणाम की ती ा कर रहे अ थ , आवेदन के िलए पा नही ं ह। अतः उनकी अ िथता पर
िवचार नही ं िकया जाएगा।
Those candidates who are appearing in or awaiting result of final year/final semester are not eligible to apply. Hence their candidature
shall not be considered.

At any stage of this recruitment process including after recruitment or joining, if any of the following is detected, the said applicant
will be liable to be disqualified, prosecuted and debarred for all appointments in NPCIL and his/her application/appointment will be
rejected forthwith.
यिद आवेदक ने If the applicant:-
a. गलत सूचना दी हो या अस द ावेज ुत िकया हो; अथवा has provided wrong information or submitted false documents; or

In case of multiple / duplicate application for the same post by a candidate only latest application will be taken into account for

Experience Certificate/Service Certificate issued by the Employer indicating the period of service, nature of experience like full
time/part time, designation and details of job or responsibilities clearly.

Caste Certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format by the Government.

Certificate issued by Medical Board attached to Special Employment Exchanges for the disabled (or by a Civil Surgeon where
there is no such board), in respect of physically disabled persons who are otherwise qualified to hold clerical post and unable to
type.
i. यिद अ थ ने एनपीसीआईएल म संिवदा पर काय िकया हो तो ठे केदार ारा जारी एवं एनपीसीआईएल भारी अिभयंता ारा अ ेिषत अनुभव

If the candidate has worked in NPCIL on Contract, Experience/Service Certificate issued by the Contractor duly forwarded by
Engineer-in-charge, NPCIL having indicating the period of service, work order no., designation and details of job or
responsibilities clearly.
j. यिद अ थ ने एनपीसीआईएल म िनयतकािलक आधार पर काय िकया हो तो एनपीसीआईएल ारा जारी अनुभव माणप /सेवा माणप िजसम सेवा
की अविध, पदनाम एवं काय या िज ेदारी का िववरण प दशाया गया हो|
If the candidate has worked in NPCIL on Fixed Term Basis, Experience/Service Certificate issued by NPCIL having clearly
indicating the period of service, designation and details of job or responsibilities.
k. कोई अ संगत माणप (यथा यो ) Any other relevant certificates (as applicable).

The schedule of documents verification will be intimated separately.
40. आवेदक को उसके ारा ुत ऑन-लाइन आवेदन प म दशाई गई सूचनाओं के आधार पर परी ा की अनुमित दी जाएगी| अतः सलाह दी जाती है िक
आवेदन करने से पूव सुिनि त कर ल िक वे सभी यो ता शत की पूित करते हों| यिद बाद म िकसी र पर पाया जाता है िक आवेदक ारा ुत की गई
सूचना गलत है अथवा अ थ अ कोई यो ता शत को पूरा नही ं करता है तो ऐसे आवेदक की अ िथता िनर कर दी जाएगी एवं इस संबंध म िकसी भी
प ाचार पर िवचार नही ं िकया जाएगा|
The applicant would be admitted to the examination on the basis of the information furnished by him/her in the online application
form. It is therefore advised to ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility conditions before applying. In case it is found at a later stage
that the information furnished by an applicant is false or an applicant does not fulfil any other eligibility conditions, the candidature
of such applicant would be cancelled and no correspondence in this regard would be entertained.

Record of the non-selected candidates viz. application form, question papers & answer sheets (selected/non-selected) etc. shall not
be preserved beyond six months from the date of drawl of select list.
42. परी ा के िलए वेश प जारी करने से िनयु का अिधकार नही ं िमलेगा | िनयु पूरी तरह से सभी यो ता शत की पूित करने एवं चयन के िलए िनधा रत
मापदं डों म अहता ा करने पर आधा रत होगी |
Issuance of an admit card for the examination will not confer any right for appointment. Appointment will be solely subject to
fulfilment of all the eligibility conditions and qualifying in the selection criteria prescribed.
43. एक बार िव ई-मेल आईडी एवं मोबाइल नंबर अंितम होगा| इसम िकसी प रवतन की अनुमित नही ं होगी |
Email id and mobile number once entered is final. No change will be allowed.
44. िकसी भी प म िसफा रश को अयो ता माना जाएगा।
Canvassing in any form shall be disqualification.
45. िकसी भी िववाद के मामले म ाय े राज थान होगा।
In case of any dispute, jurisdiction shall be at Rajasthan.

चरण-2 (एडवां ड परी ा) Stage-2 (Advanced Test)

1. (अ) चरण-1 म चुने गए सभी अ िथयों की एक एडवां ड परी ा भी ली जाएगी|

4. ेनो ेड 1- हेतु कौशल परी ा Skill test for Steno Grade-1

5 पुश अप लगाने म स म 20 continuously – 10 marks 15 continuously – 10 marks 12 continuously – 10 marks
