The Government has accorded administrative sanction (as referred above) for an
amount of Rupees 28 Lakhs for the Training expenditure of KHRI under the head of
account 3054-80-004-92, this includes all expenditures related to trainings organised
by KHRI.

In the wake of Covid-19 pandemic, KHRI has shifted to online mode for conducting
various trainings/meetings and we have been organising web based seminars
(webinars) through online modes from the last financial year onwards.

With the gain in popularity of online mode of trainings/meetings, it is necessary for us

have the permanent license for an online platform to organise these programmes.

We have contacted many online webinar software suppliers (GoToWebinar, Webex,

Zoom etc.), and the license for these webinar software having the required
specifications we required amounts to Rupees Two Lakhs only for a period of 1 year.

In this regard, I may request you to procure the webinar/training/meeting hosting

software by float tenders for a license period of 1 year from authorised suppliers,
having the technical specifications attached herewith.
